Great location just 2 minutes walk from main shopping stores Very close to metro station In a quiet street and there is Paul bakery just next to hotel which has great bakery

Although bathroom was modern and new the water in the shower got blocked and when we asked the reception to solve the problem they said they can't do anything because it was on a weekend. Well we were only staying for the weekend. In another night. Although we asked for a double bed they gave us a room with two twin beds and the pillows were uncomfortable

Location, cost effective and cleanliness. Great character to the bedrooms as well.

I seem to have a lot of problems using the Wifi. Additionally the tv picture for bbc News was very blurry. Room 602.

The rooms are done perfectly well to make your stay comfortable.

Tea Pot for making tea was difficult to find which is not normal when you want to have a cup of tea before night.

It is a charming and beautiful hotel , clean very well located .

The elevator is dark and small and the lobby is very nice decorated but not a place to stay .

Great location to shopping, dining, metro station and sightseeing.

My main complaint is the front desk clerk upon checking in. She was on her cell phone the entire time, totally unprofessional. Provided us no information on check out time, breakfast, location of the elevator, wi-fi. She handed us a key and looked at us as if we were crazy when we inquired what room the key she handed us was for. Called back down to her once in the room, she wouldnt give me the freecwi-fi password, had to go back downstairs to find her still on the phone while she dealt with my wi-fi pw.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and nicely decorated, the bathroom was also a good size and clean. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly, it is in an excellent location with plenty of shops around, easy access to the metro and you can easily walk to a lot of attractions in Paris. Plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from, but if you wish to have breakfast on site, it was available. Airconditioning worked well when required, windows are well insulatored from traffic noise and the internet access was good as well. Highly recommend the hotel.

Location was exceptional

Booked a superior double room. Not "superior" in any way, rather cramped and mediocre. Room service and cleaning was atrocious; we were left 2 days without a soap, 1 day with no towels and no toilet paper, and an empty tissue box for the duration of our stay.

La situation géographique de l'hotel est parfaite à tous les égards.Litterie et salle de bain parfaits mais trop petis La propreté des lieux est impeccable en tous lieux. Le designe de l' hôtel est certainement réalisé par un décorteur et est très bien réussi.Le personnel en nombre plus que restraint est parfait et serviable.

Cet hôtel ne mérite jamais 4 étoiles mais bien 2 pour les raisons suivantes:Chambre beaucoup trop petite ne justifiant jamais le prix excessif demandé, salle de petit déjeuner au sous-sol donc aveugle avec l'obligation de déranger tout le monde pour s'asseoir du fait du manque crucial de place, le bar est minuscule (meuble comportant des étagères) le salon est tout petit à peine prévu pour 12 personnes assises.Hall de réception beaucoup trop petit ,pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

медленный и маленький лифт, на 1 номер дают доступ в интернет только на 1 устройство (айфон, айпад, лаптоп). если подключен айфон и потом подключается айпад, то айфон отключается. при бронировании номера заблокировали сумму около 250 евро. после оплаты сумма до сих пор осталась заблокированной.
