The hotel has a very good location in the heart of Paris and offers rooms at the good standard and really working access to high speed internet. Rooms are clean and cleaning is made carefully every day. Manager and day service at a very good level: polite and helpful.

When you arrive late (app. 22.00) do not expect that you find iron for you, even when you have a business meeting next morning. Bring an ironed shirt, because consierge will tell you that he is not able to help you, because there is only few irons in the hotel and they are already taken by guests: "Tell it tomorrow to my manager that he/she should buy more irons..."

Location, excellent for ammenities and Metro. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and wellcoming.

The hotel is positioned directly above the Metro and the "rumble" was quite noticeable.

The staff were very helpful and wonderful in helping as I didn't speak french. They made us feel at home and very comfortable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. very central location, but lower quality than a four star hotel. the breakfast is extremely small. anyway, that's paris.

The Metro is passing under the hotel and you can feel it sometimes but it didn't bother me.

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to Opera and Louvre, almost all tourist attractions are in 5-10 minutes walk. The district is quiet and there is a supermarket by the corner. The personnel is very friendly and helpful (we were explained in detail how to get to the places we needed, how to get to the aiport, where we can do shopping, try some interesting food, etc.).

The price for Internet could be lower.

Friendly, Courteous and Helpful staff. Central location, within easy walking distance of many of the well known landmarks e.g. la Madelaine, Rue de Rivoli, Tuilerie gardens, Concorde, Invalides, Champs Elysees etc

A bit expensive but was worth it for the confort and nice staff and also the location in the center of Paris.Slight traffic noise in the morning.

best bathrooms ever with an excellent shower and comfortable bed.Very central for everything in the city of paris, shops museums water trips and resaurants. Very 1920's design a bit off putting at first as the decore is dark, but it's a great little place

Expensive, however for the location, and it is Paris after all, you get what you pay for.
