The room by Parisian standards was a reasonable size with a separate wardrobe area. The location is attarctive and is close to upmarket clothing stores and restaurants. |

Hotel staff had an efficient and warm policy, being always kind, having very good suggestions about the attractions. They never missed to let us all our messages.A good hotel always depends on good hotel staff. Please make more precise hotel address, inserting a nearest metro station which is: Madeleine just a 50m from the hotel |

The front desk were extremely hospitable..very welcoming. The Hotel's position ( a stone's throw from St Honore) and Madeleine...is remarkable.. The noise made by the rubbish collectors early in the morning. One has to sleep with the windows closed...although we would have liked to have them open as we were on the highest floor and the weather was lovely. |

This hotel has a great location. Within walking distance of the Louvre and other sights. The staff all spoke English very well and they were very helpful as to arranging tours and airport transportation. Tip if you want to get snacks for the room go to Monop just a few blocks away. Sandwiches, drinks ect. and a great chocolate mouse (1.90 E) We had reserved a superior triple for three adults but our room was way too small. We added a single room. |

the location is great, wright next to the madeleine church and also the omonyme metro station;the room was spacious, clean and the furniture had a nice touch;the breakfast was ok. nothing really...just maybe, sometimes, the metro passing under the building could be unconfortable.. |

The hospitality of the hotel staff was particularly excellent. Noise and slight vibration from Metro was the only flaw I found during my stay.(Of course it ceased after midnight, so not a really big problem.) |

Good location, relatively big (for Paris) room. As other guests have mentioned already - you can hear (and feel :) the metro under the hotel. Not a big deal for me, though. |

We could stay there comfortably because we could have a sleep on the beautiful and big beds, although I only sleep on an uncomfortable extra-bed. We sometimes minded the noise of metro trains, however we could almost take a rest and a sleep there everyday. |

The location of the hotel, excellent suburb. Hotel staff were wonderful helpful and full of bright ideas and places to visit. The room was spacious and delightful views of the street below. Paris awakening each morning. We stayed in room 21 - Twin beds. The beds are far too soft and replacement should be considered. Consideration of using duvets instead of blankets - would create a much cosier environment. |
