Location We were confirmed a suite with a beautiful Paris view for Euro 600. When we got there we were given a room with no view that normally costs Euro 530. They changed the room the following night, but refused to adjust the rate for the first night saying that it was booking.com´s fault because they didn´t specify that it was the suite with the view They charged us 600 Euros for a room whose rack rate published on the reception wall is 530 Euro´S. We will never stay in a Best Western again. The elevator seemed old and jumped when stopping on the floors. |

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, spacious for Paris clean rooms/ We had a VIP room so it was really big enough for 3 of us (travelling with kid). Location is great as close to many historical places and shops) Would be nice to include breakfast for the room price) |

The hotel has a very good location in the heart of Paris and offers rooms at the good standard and really working access to high speed internet. Rooms are clean and cleaning is made carefully every day. Manager and day service at a very good level: polite and helpful. When you arrive late (app. 22.00) do not expect that you find iron for you, even when you have a business meeting next morning. Bring an ironed shirt, because consierge will tell you that he is not able to help you, because there is only few irons in the hotel and they are already taken by guests: "Tell it tomorrow to my manager that he/she should buy more irons..." |

Cery comfortable hotel ( large room, not so obvious in Paris) convenient situated in the center of Paris. Veru close to 2 metro stations, easy access to various tourist's attractions and stores/shops. Very kind and competent staff. |

Location, excellent for ammenities and Metro. Staff were extremely polite, friendly and wellcoming. The hotel is positioned directly above the Metro and the "rumble" was quite noticeable. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room we have taken was big and nicely decorated. The small balcony of our suite had an excellent view on the Madelaine square and church. Overall, the impression from our stay in this hotel was very very positive. In general, no! The small thing was that in the morning I left my bathrobe to be changed by the hotel services into new one. However, in the evening realised that the same bathrobe stayed. |

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to Opera and Louvre, almost all tourist attractions are in 5-10 minutes walk. The district is quiet and there is a supermarket by the corner. The personnel is very friendly and helpful (we were explained in detail how to get to the places we needed, how to get to the aiport, where we can do shopping, try some interesting food, etc.). The price for Internet could be lower. |

Friendly, Courteous and Helpful staff. Central location, within easy walking distance of many of the well known landmarks e.g. la Madelaine, Rue de Rivoli, Tuilerie gardens, Concorde, Invalides, Champs Elysees etc |

Very friendly staff, Excellent room and great location for the sites. A bit expensive but was worth it for the confort and nice staff and also the location in the center of Paris.Slight traffic noise in the morning. |

best bathrooms ever with an excellent shower and comfortable bed.Very central for everything in the city of paris, shops museums water trips and resaurants. Very 1920's design a bit off putting at first as the decore is dark, but it's a great little place |

Great location, staff excellent, good size room, spotlessly clean - would definitely recommend and hopefully return ourselves! Chez Flotte restaurant a few minutes walk away also worth a visit. Struggling to find any negatives on this hotel! There is some rumbling train noise from Metro - we were on 2nd floor - but it wasn't a problem for us |

The great location of this hotel. Closeby the Metro and very central for sightseeing. Expensive, however for the location, and it is Paris after all, you get what you pay for. |
