THe staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional. As it was an overnight stop in our journey, it was good to be able to have an evening meal in the hotel and the meal was of a good standard. |

Behulpzaam personeel.Heerlijk terras om na een vermoeiende dag bij te komen. Binnenkort is ook het zwembad klaar. Geen douchegordijn, zodat de hele badkamer drijfnat was na een douchebeurt. Ik vind het ook gevaarlijk op onze leeftijd als er alleen maar een douche is in het bad.Bang om uit te glijden en moeilijk met in en uitstappen.Wij prefereren een aparte douche zoals in Rouen St Sever. |

Proche du mémorial, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est par ailleurs idéal pour rapidement s'orienter vers les plages du débarquement. Son accès est aisé, son environnement est calme et son accueil très agréable. |

Il etait proche du lieu ou je devais me rendre (marathon de caen). Le petit dejeuner etait tres bien Je n'ai pas aimé l'acceuil, le bruit ds les couloirs |

chambre toute neuve, bien équipée, TV LCD, grande douche indiv, piscine "bientot" ouverte porte bruyante qui ont du mal à fermer (on doit les claquer), douche neuve mais mal faite: pente non respctée du coup de l'eau coule partout dans la salle de bain, les serviettes laissées au sol par les hoteliers ne suffisent pas à éponger (ch 310), le joint prévu à cet effet n'est pas étanche. Autant dire que le carrelage est à refaire... |

L'ensemble des prestations, l'accueil mais une mention spéciale pour le cuisinier. Le manque de rideau (ou écran) séparant la douche du lavabo. |

le wifi gratuit dans les chambres,choix pour le petit dejeuner. quelques point sont a revoir ,dans la salle de bain,pas de possibilter de prendre un bain,pas de protection douche. |

Küche / Restaurant war ordentlich, das Essen lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Einschränkungen wegen der derzeitigen Umbauarbeiten hätte man in der website ankündigen können. Die Ausstattung und der Komfort des Zimmers war sehr schlicht und liegt unter "IBIS-Standard". |

L'étroitesse de la chambre, le manque d'hygiène (attesté par de nombreuses piqûres de puces!), le manque de serviette de toilette ( une seule par personne!), l'odeur persistante de tabac froid et le petit-déjeuner, soit disant-buffet, indigent dès 9h30! |
