Hotel Haussmann St Augustin is in the heart of Paris, in the lovely 8th arrondissement (district), between the Champs-Elysées, Madeleine and Boulevard Haussmann.

I like the location by at the same time hotel is very difficult to found. The rooms are small but cozy.
Wi-fi didn't work for the whole night I was there and it is very bad cuz I choose the hotel cuz of wi-fi. The evevator is crazy small! I had a hard time to get into it with the luggage!!!The staff is not very helpfull. When I was making check out and the lady asked me to pay again (they said its bank hold my money and they can do nothing about it) the lady was very rude and she told me if I travel - I must have a money! If I stay for many nights maybe she thinks that I suppose to have double amounts to pay for everything! They suppose to tell it before on the web-site!! I am travelling a lot and never hotel staff told me how much money I suppose to have if I am travelling! This is just something unbelivable! I will never go back to this hotel!!
Walking distance from the champs élysées and place de la concorde. Close to shops and restaurants. Very nice décor. Comfortable small room.
Room very cozy (small) but perfectly functional, clean and well-outfitted. Minibar actually at reasonable prices and the front desk person was very nice.
Recently refurbished and very nice rooms; Close to the underground; You can walk to Champs Elysees, Opera and shopping streets; Good breakfast
The room is small (but well organised); The lift is very small
Nicely decorated rooms - we were in Renoit with big paintings on the wall. Clean room and quite comfy bed - central location close to Madeleine
Only non sound proof sliding door to the bath room. Non sound proof entrance door/walls-we were able to hear housekeeping and other guest word for word. Quite small room in total.
Good hotel, good staffs, near to Champs Elysees (10 minutos walking), near to metro station (Saint Augustin). The room is a little bit small, but is comfortable!
We spent the weekend at Le Petit Madeleine to celebrate our 10th anniversary and we are delighted with the experience. The staff, available 24h a day, was pleasant and attentive. The manager even suggested us a nearby restaurant (O'Breizh) which ended up being an excellent choice. The rooms were clean and the internet connection, provided at no extra cost, was solid. The bed was huge and very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the decor of our room, each room appears to be unique in that sense (same goes with the elevator). Location is very convenient, with a metro station just a couple of blocks away. In summary, we are very pleased with our stay at Petit Madeleine.
Nothing worth mentioning, really. There was a dock station for the iphone that we couldn't get to work, but that wasn't a biggie since we were carrying our own chargers.
Reliable free internet, elevator to our 5th floor room, cleanliness of property, fresh sheets, comfortable pillows, steam clothes brush, nearby Metro station, & quiet nights on one-way street.
Very small amount of open floor space, but room was well planned and functional. Large bed, but mattress was a bit too hard for our aging backs.
Room Interior Excellent Beds Location Value
The owner/manager was excellent! Very helpful. The location was great and Internet connection was the best ever!
The employee (not owner/manager) was strict on check-in time and somewhat rude on the explanation. The taxis we requested through the hotel came with a "starting fare" of 9 euro. This probably means that the taxi station is very far away from the hotel. As a reference, we took a taxi from Pigalle to the hotel (pretty long ride), and it was 10 euro. This situation should be revised.
The location is good, close to the main attractions. Close to the saint Lazare train station, can get around near paris easily.
One of the staff gave wrong info about the airport shuttle. But another staff gave the correct answer later.
The negative sarcastic attitude of one receptionist
Friendly and professional staff, adequate room with good price-quality, good location
Loved my bed! Sooooo comfy!!!!! Bathroom was small but cleverly designed! Had everything I needed!
sound from other floor, room and street
Didn't like that the card you need for paying had to be on my name, so I had to use my personal card and not a company card that has my company's director's name on it. It's quite inflexible for business travelers
Such a cute little hotel in a fabulous location! Rooms quite small and lift and corridors tiny but just adds character.
Could do with tea/coffee fCilities in room
high quality at all the facility, very nice breakfast, smart design, very convenient location.
everything was more than expectation
The room was amazingly clean and the cleaning maid did more than her job description. It was a very comfortable room. It was a small room but that is what u would expect in paris. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Its location is perfect for site seeing and is worth the money u pay for it. The rooms are lovely uniquely decorated.
Breakfast is small and limited. The door of the bathroom is a sliding door and is very close to the bed. The airconditioning didnt cool the room. No bar available at all.
altitude of male stuff
altitude of female stuff，not respect people who speak english
We loved the location and the décor of this hotel. It is ideally situated with easy access to many places of interest. The rooms are small but beautifully furnished. We loved the tiny lift and although the breakfast area is small, it is decorated with great taste.
Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful although at times, our choices re our travel arrangements (like using the Paris Pass - which we found to be great or using the Metro - which we found very convenient - or which other hotels we chose to stay at - for a variety of reasons) appeared to be frowned upon and did not meet with much approval. Our preference for English Breakfast tea with milk also caused alarm and consternation which wasn't a big problem but did make us feel a little uncomfortable and like we had to justify our choices. Apart from that though, we had a very enjoyable stay.
The room was awesomely decorated and very centrally located within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and a little further to Lafayette and Printemps shopping centres. The staff were very accommodating and gave us some excellent advice.
The rooms are very small, but this is to be expected in Paris. Also there are not many breakfast places / boulangeries nearby. Again, this is to be expected, given the location.
Quality, style, location, breakfast, friendly staff. We had a great stay!
Nothing to complain about really but you have to accept that rooms are small but have everything there and public parking is expensive.
