Friendly and professional staff, adequate room with good price-quality, good location
Loved my bed! Sooooo comfy!!!!! Bathroom was small but cleverly designed! Had everything I needed!
sound from other floor, room and street
Didn't like that the card you need for paying had to be on my name, so I had to use my personal card and not a company card that has my company's director's name on it. It's quite inflexible for business travelers
Such a cute little hotel in a fabulous location! Rooms quite small and lift and corridors tiny but just adds character.
Could do with tea/coffee fCilities in room
high quality at all the facility, very nice breakfast, smart design, very convenient location.
everything was more than expectation
The room was amazingly clean and the cleaning maid did more than her job description. It was a very comfortable room. It was a small room but that is what u would expect in paris. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Its location is perfect for site seeing and is worth the money u pay for it. The rooms are lovely uniquely decorated.
Breakfast is small and limited. The door of the bathroom is a sliding door and is very close to the bed. The airconditioning didnt cool the room. No bar available at all.
altitude of male stuff
altitude of female stuff，not respect people who speak english
We loved the location and the décor of this hotel. It is ideally situated with easy access to many places of interest. The rooms are small but beautifully furnished. We loved the tiny lift and although the breakfast area is small, it is decorated with great taste.
Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful although at times, our choices re our travel arrangements (like using the Paris Pass - which we found to be great or using the Metro - which we found very convenient - or which other hotels we chose to stay at - for a variety of reasons) appeared to be frowned upon and did not meet with much approval. Our preference for English Breakfast tea with milk also caused alarm and consternation which wasn't a big problem but did make us feel a little uncomfortable and like we had to justify our choices. Apart from that though, we had a very enjoyable stay.
The room was awesomely decorated and very centrally located within walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, Place de la Concorde and a little further to Lafayette and Printemps shopping centres. The staff were very accommodating and gave us some excellent advice.
The rooms are very small, but this is to be expected in Paris. Also there are not many breakfast places / boulangeries nearby. Again, this is to be expected, given the location.
Quality, style, location, breakfast, friendly staff. We had a great stay!
Nothing to complain about really but you have to accept that rooms are small but have everything there and public parking is expensive.
Staff paid attention to your room hung up my satin dressing gown arranging it so well on hanger.
Location and very beautiful boutique hotel
Breakfast too expensive but near by there are many good options. We asked for 3 wifi connections but the third one didn't work out.
Room cleaning service
Everything aside from room cleaning service, and you are very likely to expect having a large nude painting in your room covering almost a full wall side, I understand this is considered as art but I think it would be much better if this was properly shown on the images posted on Booking.com because if I knew this is what I'm getting I would have never stayed there.
Good location Friendly staff
Small room As usual in Paris, not so much value for money...
Totally not a 3 starts hotel, even worse than holiday inn
Was a fantastic location. Really in the heart of Paris and was walking distance to all the main attractions. Maximum of 20 mins to walk to the love lock bridge which was the furthest thing away we to. Resturants literally round the corner from and many to pick from and also a local shop pretty much opposite the hotel which came in handy for the odd things needed. Lovely hotel, staff and location which made the trip excellent.
Very clean All new - shower, bed, etc Easy to go all sides
Small rooms but it's normal for French hotels in Paris
Nice design Comfortable bed Excellent location
Room pretty small
Very friendly and helpful staff Excellent location Room very clean and functional
Small room but that is Paris
Great boutique hotel with high quality continental breakfast (not cheap). Very good location, but still quiet.
Clean and efficient
No ice, one person elevator, lack of helpful concern from some of the staff
I especially appreciated the high level of service, the professionalism of the staff and the quality of cleaning. Besides, thanks to the quietness of the surrounding, you have a good night's sleep.
