Location Room When asking desk for information on arrival I was shown where the local information in town was. The breakfast was awful. I had presumed it was included and was charged a fortune for cold instant coffee and stale rolls. I had to carry my own luggage. This is an unfriendly no service place.

Location ideal for exploring Auxerre, easy to find and park the car. Beautiful house and gardens with an interesting history. Breakfast selection was very good. Room was cramped and for more than one night's stay was too small. On a future visit we should upgrade to a larger room.

La qualité du service, de la propreté, du calme et du petit-déjeuner. Le parking gratuit et la proximité du centre-ville historique. le prix du petit déjeuner (12.5 € un peu cher mais bon, on mange plus le matin et un peu moins le midi)

L'accueil, la beauté de la bâtisse et de la chambre ! l'absence d'insonorisation au niveau de la chambre avec l'extérieur ET le couloir! Un petit-déjeuner digne d'un 2 étoiles mais certainement pas d'un 4 étoiles (peu de choix, jus d'orange type carton, pas frais pressé, rien de fait maison, très banal).

La déco, le calme, l'attention du personnel, le service , la vue sur le parc. La possibilité de prendre le thé avec des personnes non résidentes que j'ai invitées et la possibilité d'y prendre un bon repas du soir, sans avoir à sortir . (neige), le parking privé spacieux et gratuit . Juste un peu de bruit dans le couloir quand d' autres résidents sont rentrés se coucher .

Accueil chalereux et personnalisé. Belle chambre spacieuse sous les toits. Accès romantique à une jolie terrasse. Hôtel rénové dans le style. Proche du centre ville, des commerces et des bars, restaurants. Jolie étape de voyage.
