It is a good location to do shopping, close to one of the biggest shopping street in Auxerre. The quality of the service... none! On Saturday morning we went downstairs to take our breakfast, 1st it is a little room with around 8 small tables only so full very quick! We didn't get any help from the catering persoon, I had to go twice to their office to ask for them to remove some stuff without success so I had to go to complain to the reception. And on Sunday morning we supposed to get a room service breakfast at 10.00am (we ordered it with our booking), nobody show up, so at the end we ended up by leaving the hotel without breakfast because it was also too late to take it downstair. |

The hotel is very conveniently situauted for access to the historic centre of Auxerre and has its own car park. We had a minute room which was stuffy and over-priced. |

Location was close to the city - having a garden in the hotel grounds to walk around - parking on site and the friendliness of the staff were great. Meals were of a high standard. Free internet was a bonus. |

la tranquillité de la chambre côté parc et jardin. nous n'avons séjourné qu'une nuit. le petit déjeuner trop cher car très léger, peu de choix au buffet, avec un service également très moyen et le manque de serviettes en tissu. En effet nous avions des serviettes pas plus grandes que des mouchoirs en papier très très fin. Inacceptable. |

La chambre donnant sur le parc était très calme et la vue très agréable. Bonne qualité de la literie. La décoration du bar et le tarif des consommations très abordable. Deux grands parkings sécurisés disponibles de part et d'autre de la batisse. |

Perfecte ligging zowel vanaf snelweg als nabij stadscentrum. Aardig personeel. Negentiende eeuwse inrichting met 21e eeuws comfort. langsrijdende auto's s nachts, in een kamer aan de voorkant te goed te horen. |
