Merci, Hi Matic is the best.
Wc is really not separated with room... With friend its ok, but I wouldn't choose this room for me and my husband :-)))
Even though I left the clean sign on the door, they didn't change towels and bed sheets as well which were the parts I wasn't happy with most.
Perfect location if you are looking for the hip side of paris rather than the tourist attractions. Close to underground for good connections. Fab bars and restaurants near by. Hotel compact and bijou but clean and well designed! Would stay again!
Expected a Bio surroundings but found No Bio breakfast, bed was a thin plastic mattress on the floor. I was given a street view when I booked a yard view before I complained. Room size was too small- with the luggage in the room you either stood on the bed or in the toilet. At such a high price and not bio this is overpriced.Would not have taken the room had I seen it before. Remove Bio from the advert and stop cheating people.
Friendly staff. pretty room. Cozy. All things are good
The staff is wonderful while they are always kind and try to solve any problems or complaints with a smile. The location is great while there are clubs restaurants and cafes...not so touristic as in centre of Paris.
The bathroom is the room so no privacy at all whem someone uses the bathroom! We stayed for 5 nights but no one changed our sheeys and towels! The sink is next to the bed and when you use the bathroom you have to walk on your bed in order to wash your hands.... The a/c was not working properly and while we got sick we had to sleep in a not warm room! I would not go back again or recommend it to a friend.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location - it's just 3 minutes walk to metro station and there are a lot of cafes and bars around. Wi-fi in rooms is free and fast. Rooms are clean.
Wish that semi-transparent bathroom door could give a little more privacy :)
The allocation is perfect - the metro is nearby, many cafe's and shops on the street. Not far away there is a market on Saturday. The street is lively, but our windows were on the other side so we didn't hear anything. The staff is friendly, good wifi. Rooms are clean and have a modern design. If you are looking for a place where to sleep at night only - it is the perfect place.
The room is tiny. The breakfast costs 9 eur/person (banana, juice, croissant, coffee), which is a lot for what they offer. On the street in the cafe you can find a wonderful omelette for 3.5 euros, croissants and anything else for the same price.
-Quiet at night -Clean & simple -Great for young couples
The staff was friendly and available. The entire building was very clean. Over all a good experience.
The toilet booth in the room had clear seethrough glass as well as the shower stall. Frosted glass would have been better.
It's like a hostel
Our pre-paid reservation was not found on the hotel's booking system when we arrived (by midnight). We had to leave a cash guarantee that night and the problem was only solved the next morning.
The room was Modern, colourfull and placed in a nice area with bars, brasseries and restaurants nearby. The WiFi was good as well. Close to metro station Charonne line M9.
Our room on the 4th floor was tiny tiny tiny tiny. You were washing your hands next to your pillow because there was no separated room for the bathroom. You needed to step on the bed to access your suitcase and there was no wardrobe but only 4 hangers for clothes. Not suitable for families or couples.
We have to pay extra money for a extra room for their careless mistake,I am afraid.
Everything! Best place to stay. We loved the environmental feel & the staff were so so helpful!! Even ordered a pizza for us. They answered every question we asked, gave us tips and were so good with directions. A metro is right up the road that connects directly to the Eiffel Tower & everywhere else in the city. We loved staying there that we booked an extra night!
Great friendly English speaking staff, good breakfast and interesting (but small) rooms. Well worth the price, and also located in a vibrant exciting foodie neighborhood.
Airconditioning is nice to have! The design of the hotel is pleasing to our eyes.
Facilities: water from the shower overflows and the space between the shower and the toilet is so narrow.
Good location, convenient, but not a hotel to do anything in other than sleep.
Tiny room which was OK for one, def not for a couple. Not great value but that's Paris.
Location was very good , check in staff very helpful. Shower good , water hot with ample bath wash , shower head secure and free standing. Bedding doona comfortable. Liked the idea but it didn't make the positive impression it was claiming it would.
Room cramped, bed impeded the access to the sink and shower. Bed difficult to get up and and down to as it was like a mattress on the floor- not suitable for older people. Bed got wet from the shower spray.
The concept was amazing. We picked this hotel because the hotel we'd originally planned to stay at was awful. Upon arriving, the staff was very friendly and spoke great English. We had a very cute and cozy room with a TV and good WIFI. The area is very good too. It is a short 10 minute walk to Le Bastille, where there are many fantastic restaurants, pubs, cafe's, and a metro station.
Great value for money. Tasteful compact rooms. Loved the energy of the neighbourhood.
Bathroom a bit tiny but you can't complain at these prices.
They've maintained the same level of high value for money for the years now. I expect them to continue.
Very well designed rooms. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Easy to get to Metro.
Would have been nice to have mini fridge for cold water in room, but understand it is an eco hotel.
Fantastic staff, when the automated check-in broke we were given lots of help and apologies for the broken system. The location is great only 5mins from a metro station and in a fairly nice area with a good selection of bistros, bars and shops in the area. All in all, it's a great value place
The design of the room is a tad wacky, feeling sort of like a childrens room in IKEA with shelving jutting out at head height. The concept is a great one but it seems that style was put before functionality, though this wasnt such an issue once you'd learn to deal with it. The automated check-in seems to only work half the time but once again, staff were there to help.
