Toilet in room. Shower leaked into room. Small room for the price.

the room was quite cramped due to the large furniture, it was difficult for 2 people. The bathroom door did not reach the floor and the shower light never went off!

The breakfast and cramped space. Not many comforts for the price, certainly no extra touches.

I love the eco-friendly concept!

We liked the ethos of the hotel in terms of its eco-friendly values and we especially appreciated the organic breakfast. The description in the Lonely Planet Guide to Paris is unfair and misleading as it states that the breakfast is out of a machine which is not the case. The bed was extremely comfortable and my wife and I slept better than we normally do when staying in a hotel. Very quiet!

We would have appreciated a little more space in the room.we booked a double vut it was kitted out more as a single.

The hotel is very nice. The area is also great, 10 min walking to place de la Bastille and plenty of bistros ( you should definetely go to a l'Ami Pierre, 5 rue de la main d'or, great food and french atmosphere )

The room had no ventilation, and thererfore no air. If you take a room with an opening window, you will definetly have all the reasons to enjoy Paris!

I liked the bread rolls at breakfast. I liked the idea of the hotel, but not the facts.

I didn't think the design was adequate. In fact I thought it was extremely boring and didn't relect good ecological practice. Staff were absent and had to be sought out. Awkward bedrooms and bathrooms.

The hotel was extremely clean and affordable. Although the room was small, the bed was a decent size and comfortable.

The only complaint I have is the room had no sort of ventilation. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but it did not turnon. The room was extremely stuffy at time, especially after taking a hot shower. The room had windows but they did not open.

Staff was very helpful. Location is great, you are close to metro station which is sufficient to dig into whole Paris. Free coffee and tea until 6 pm is wonderful.

Internet didn't work on the 3rd floor, where I stayed at which was a big disadvantage for me as I was working during my travel. Breakfast could be improved a bit.

The music in the foyer and eating room was a bit loud and, to be honest, pretty unpleasant to listen to

Staffs are helpful, check in check out system is nice n efficient

No air circulation inside room, which has bathroom n sleeping area in the same room

The breakfast is nice, all organic. The design of the halls and en the restaurant that stays open for snack out of breakfast hours too.

Not having the option to turn on the heater in April just because it's Spring is terrible. The room was freezing at night when outside temperature was around 5 Celsius.

Clean and fun! Our 13 year old liked it a lot!

No kettle! Bad smell in entryway due to unfortunate location of bin storage area. No exterior windows in our room.

Ca fait plus penser à une auberge de jeunesse qu'à un hôtel Simple cloison en bois entre chambre et toilettes donc il faut être très intime... J'ai adoré avec un enfant mais en couple je pense trouver plus confortable pour le même prix Isolation très moyenne et porte coupe feu qui claque à chaque étage donc il vaut mieux avoir le sommeil lourd

Pour un hotel en promo a 115 euros la nuit il n'y a pas canal plus. le matelas en travers de la chambre pas tres hygienique.il faut donc enlever les chaussures pour acceder au wc.

Comment ont ils bien pu obtenir 3 étoiles ....,

-Mauvaise agencement de la chambre - il faut marcher sur le lit pour aller à la fenêtre - pas de placard - C'est un 3 etoiles - mais la chambre ne le merite pas - 145€ la nuit pour dormir comme des scoots - C'est du vol !

Gostei muito do atendimento, o recepcionista da noite foi extremamente gentil e solicito, gostei muito do atendimento de todos.

As camas são no chão quem não gostou muito foi a minha coluna!
