Excel·lent situació. A 2' caminant de la Gare de Montparnasse que et porta a qualsevol lloc de Paris inclòs Versalles. L'hotel es mereix les 4 estrelles, i fins i tot l'habitació era gran, cosa molt poc habitual a París. |

Nice view from our room and very quiet Having the service room opposite our room was noisy in the early morning. Receptionist should have let us know this. |

Comfort and tidiness of the rooms and convenience to the Metro. The level of support and information offered by staff was dependent on the individual. On the three occasions that we sought advice two staff members were exceptional while one offered only basic assistance. |

The room was a good size for Paris! Very good position - metro and the bus connecting Paris to the airports was just a few steps away. No real glasses and cups for coffee/tea in the room - all was very cheap plastic! |

Hotel staff were more than helpful on numerous occassions,even booked a restuarant for us on the sat evening,and went outside to hail a taxi for us to get there,great hotel,would definately stay again and recommend to friends,thanks. |

Staff very friendly. Helpful when we needed fresh towels & coffee (forgot to take off 'do not disturb sign so room not cleaned). |

It was convenient to the metro system and the immediate area had plenty to explore also. We basically only used the hotel as a base and we ate out all the time also. |

the room is quite large compared to similar hotel same classe. nice furniture, good toiletries and bedlinen. quiet room. the time for the breakfast is short for leisure travellers, often it is necessary to go out for.. |

Somebody sent me a flower bouquet and when I came back to my room late in the evening the hotel stuff hadnt put it in water. The room was not cleaned properly. |

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Check-in and out went very smoothly. Close to metro, shopping, and many good restaurants and cafes. The A/C did not work and was not fixed even though requested 3 times. Management did not follow-up to ensure repairs were done. |

The room was perfect.we had a great view.i would recommend this hotel. There were plenty of lovely restaurants and bars close by, and they were busy, full of locals and tourists alike. |

Hotel location is convenient. Not too "touristy", yet not too far either. There are 3 Metro stations close by -- the closest is Gaite station; but there are other lines, too, since hotel is right behind Gare Montparnasse (major Paris train station) -- all walking distance of hotel. I had a problem working the thermostat in our room, which was dead-set at 23 degrees Celsius (73 degrees Fahrenheit). I called the front desk on our second night, but nobody came up to fix the problem. Luckily the evening temperatures in Paris were cool in May, so the room naturally cooled down as we slept through the night. |

Hotel was wonderful. Staff very helpful. Close to Metro and multiple cafes. Nice out door cafe at the hotel. Room was warm. Air conditioning not working properly. |

The staff were friendly and helpfull and the room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very well located for all modes of public transport and not to far to walk (about 30 mins) to the main attractions. The Montparnasse district is nice, with lots of bars and restaurants. |
