Nice view from our room and very quiet

Having the service room opposite our room was noisy in the early morning. Receptionist should have let us know this.

Hotel staff were more than helpful on numerous occassions,even booked a restuarant for us on the sat evening,and went outside to hail a taxi for us to get there,great hotel,would definately stay again and recommend to friends,thanks.

Staff very friendly. Helpful when we needed fresh towels & coffee (forgot to take off 'do not disturb sign so room not cleaned).

the room is quite large compared to similar hotel same classe. nice furniture, good toiletries and bedlinen. quiet room.

the time for the breakfast is short for leisure travellers, often it is necessary to go out for..

Somebody sent me a flower bouquet and when I came back to my room late in the evening the hotel stuff hadnt put it in water. The room was not cleaned properly.

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Check-in and out went very smoothly. Close to metro, shopping, and many good restaurants and cafes.

The A/C did not work and was not fixed even though requested 3 times. Management did not follow-up to ensure repairs were done.

Hotel location is convenient. Not too "touristy", yet not too far either. There are 3 Metro stations close by -- the closest is Gaite station; but there are other lines, too, since hotel is right behind Gare Montparnasse (major Paris train station) -- all walking distance of hotel.

I had a problem working the thermostat in our room, which was dead-set at 23 degrees Celsius (73 degrees Fahrenheit). I called the front desk on our second night, but nobody came up to fix the problem. Luckily the evening temperatures in Paris were cool in May, so the room naturally cooled down as we slept through the night.

The staff were friendly and helpfull and the room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very well located for all modes of public transport and not to far to walk (about 30 mins) to the main attractions. The Montparnasse district is nice, with lots of bars and restaurants.

By prepaying, it was a great value with a average location and European size room..Front office was very nice. It's a good value if you plan to spend most of your time site seeing.

Small room but that's why it 's a great value. You need to learn the metro to get around but easy enough to do. American Breakfast was 23.50 euros but we had ate at the bistro across the street for 7 euros for coffee, OJ and croissant.
