Location, friendliness of staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The evening meal I had in the hotel restaurant was the best meal I had throughout my whole stay in Paris and the continental breakfast was delicious.

Location to the station very convenient.

Air conditioning did not work - always hot.

Room, toilet was well planned, beds and bed sheets as well were good. Friendly staff.

The location. The sound-proofing.

Male receptionist was not helpful. He told me the nearby Catacombs of Paris had no queue and that he himself was there often (!!). When I arrived there the queue stretched around the block, waiting time up to 3 hours! There was no need for such erroneous information. In-room safe locked up on me. TV remote control did not work too well, switching channels was very, very slow.

The room was nice and big and had everything you needed. The hotel location was excellent near the metro. Go to the top of the Tower Montparnasse for an great view of the city. The food is great there too.

The showers were either cold or burning hot. Housekeeping where a bit too keen knocking on the door at 8.30 am and then about e4very half an hour after to see if they could clean. Put your do not distrub notice on. Breakfast was expensive at 23 euros each there is an nice cafe across from the hotel that did a lovely breakfast for 11 euros each.

Very nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, good location and close to the metro aswell. The bed was very very comfortable and the room extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Paris.

We had a good stay there and found it to be very clean and in reception we found Laura to be a pleasure to be booked in with.She was professional and very friendly and very helpul.

Beside our little fridge not working we found it really great.

The hotel was superb in every way, almost. Being able to park at the hotel was a big bonus. The staff were very helpful.

The restaurant was closed and drinks expensive.

Unfriendly staff. The maid at the bar on 12th April morning was decidedly unco-operative. Requested her for a quiet seating for a small business meeting which she declined. Did not appreciate the fact that we like our coffee with milk!!

The view of the Eiffel Tower at night was amazing. It was very clean and tidy. They were upmarket in the way the present the rooms with slippers and robes.

Cost of eating in at restaurant and limited menu on the weekend.

Front desk employees were helpful with all questions, concerns, and requests. Maintenance worker who assisted in fixing the bathtub drain plug (from being closed completely) was very helpful and friendly.

Mattress was uncomfortable. Bathtub did not retain water well (plug did not function efficiently).

Room was good and spacious. Room service was very fast. Nice pair of slippers too, better quality than normal!

Chamber maid kept coming too early! Had a hard time finding the hotel when we first arrived.

Asked for a quiet room, got top floor at back, good nights sleep. PERFECT

Room was very hot and could not regulate the heat. Like many hotels more people needed on recption at leak checking out times to process bills
