The hotel was very well situated. Also I thought the staff were very polite and helpful. As the details of the hotel include the existence of air conditioning in public areas, which was confirmed by hotel reception staff, it was annoying and unacceptable to find that the hotel air conditioning had already been turned off for the winter season and heating had been turned on. The few days we were there the weather was very mild and therefore this meant that the temperature inside all areas, particularly the bedrooms, was unbearably hot. In addition, it was not possible to reduce the temperature in our room for two of the nights causing us to have two sleepless, uncomfortable nights. On the final two nights we were transferred to another room which had a window which we could open. This was the only way to get a cooler room. |

Staff at reception, superb,could not fault with issues that arouse and where dealt with.Although they still have my chocolates, enjoy! Possibly bar staff, more attentive,under manned and put other channels on tv apart from news,i.e sport. |

Location & Free Wireless access the attitude of hotel staff. I forgot my visiting card holder when I left. I phoned to the hotel to ask whether they found it when they clean the room. But the hotel staff said I have send an email or fax first, that's ridiculous. |

I liked the free internet connection via Lan. That was one of the reasons of my choice. The room was nice and quiet and most of the staff were helpful and nice. |

Good hotel, great service, convenient location No breakfast included in the room-rates. The breakfast timings of 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM is perhaps a trifle early for the weekends. |

Fair location, organized and convinient hotel No windows for fresh air (this will be the reason not to use this hotel again). Very slow (almost ono existing) service at their bar. |

French TV ;) kettle in the room, biiiig and cooommffooortable bed, close to the metro and shops (Lafayette included) no possibility to open the window, air condition only :(, after 4 days of stay we had a runny nose and cough . |

Very close to station at Montparnasse from where wetravelled after two days. Also close to St Germain etc. Quiet, Efficient, reasonable considering it is Paris and 4 star. We had 2 rooms one was bigger and fine, the other small with broken air con and TV. Chanels on TV were limited. |

The location of this hotel is ideal-- close to the metro, cafes, and restaurants, and has a fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. Room was immaculate: clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. Decor is modern and elegant. Absolutely no complaints, far exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this hotel. |

Clean room, very quiet, nice air conditioning, minibar. The bed was comfortable. Instant coffee and tea can be prepared in your room. We had to wait 1h until we could get into our room plus waited for 45 minutes for our luggage to arrive from the reception. If check in time is said to be at 2 pm then it should be so... |

Convenient location, free internet in the room, wide range of services offered. Coffe/tea making facilities in the room. For a 3-star standard, this would be very good, for 4 stars it's so-so. The room: it was somehow small, the window was facing an ugly backyard (no view at all) and the bathroom was not as perfect as one would expect in this class of hotel (broken tiles, sink was somehow stuck etc.). The room had minibar, but no glases (only plastic cups). In general the room was not bad, but for the money and this class of hotel one could ask for more. |

Concorde Montparnasse was in a very convenient location being situated right next to the train station & buses. The staff were always very helpful & friendly. The review was very accurate which is what influenced my decision to stay here. |

Staff were very polite and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable and modern. It was good value for money. It was a little too far away from where our friends were staying, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. |

The location is great - There is loads to do within a 5 - 10 min walk of the immediate area, with loads of cafes / restaurants etc. The air France buses from the Airport drop you 2 min walk away and the Gare Montparnasse is easily accessible for both trains and the Metro for a 10 min hop in to the City Centre and all the attractions . Turn right out of the Main enterance and the Eifell Tower sits nicely on the skyline but really close ! The hotel is really clean, with modern comfortable rooms and the staff cant do enough to help you. This hotel is Brilliant Value for Money ! Would definately go again ! |

The hotel was very well maintained, the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfotable....and also a view of the Eiffel Tower!! Probably a little far from the main centre of Paris, also a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest Metro. |
