Garage! We were able to leave our car safely for the night and following day with all our luggage inside. Friendly and helpful staff. Limited but sufficient breakfast. Very fresh and clean hotel.
There was not even a minor negative thing during our stay!
Good - Comfortable bed - Clean and modern bathroom - Room is furnished with happy colours and cute decoration - Very spacious rooms, compared to the other boutique hotels (in paris) which you can find at the same price range. -Very Good Value for money!
Bad - Location is not ideal. It takes 15-20 to walk from metro station to the hotel. - The receptionist, of an European descent, who welcomed us was very polite and friendly. However, there were times when she was not around, a lady with African descent covered her duties, she on the other hand was very rude and does not seem to have any interest in serving us. No smiles. No greetings. When we asked if we could chill our bottle of wine in the fridge, she stared at us and said the fridge is full even without checking! After my partner said it is only for a few hours, then she relented by chunking the bottle into the bar's fridge. On top of that, when she did her vacuuming in the lobby, she knock into the stool I was sitting not once but TWICE without any apology at all. Seem to me that she was giving us the sign that she did not want us here.
nearby metro, 20M; nice staff
no lift , my poor heavy luggages. wifi connect complicated.
(price) reasonable.. 175 Euro for 2 nights (parking) Hotel has parking lots 14 Euro per night (Access) Metro station is within 8minutes walk. (staffs) very kind, helpful (room) compact and clean.
qood location, polite, happy and helpful staff, comfortable bed and nice room. Loved the colourful dininq area. Will use aqain.
Wi fi,fresh orange at breakfast
Cleanliness, the rooms are larger than normal ibis hotels and better decorated, bed is comfortable and the staff was definitely much more helpful and nicer than in normal Ibis hotels.
145 Euro's as opposed to 85 Euro's in normal Ibis is too much. I think a fair price for this hotel should be between 110 and 120 Euro's. Than I would stay in Ibis Styles everytime I am in Paris
Bed very comfortable Friendly, helpful staff Good breakfast Clean rooms Easy access to metro Free bottle of water everyday Ideal for short break
No tea/coffee facilities in room. No safe in room
All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very clean in a safe area. Close to some restaurants and a supermarket. Easily accessible metro and bus stops, metro only 10 minute walk away and direct to main attractions.
No tea and coffee facilities in room No fridge in the room No safe in room
The value for money was very good
The cleaning personnel cleaning the room with bags still in the room and the do not disturb sign on the door. The bathroom door needed some painting :-)
Clean, quiet, the staff, everything is fine.
Very clean, all new, all rooms "non smoking",quiet place, parking save under the ground, lift, near metro station, good neighbourhood. Kids corner with games.
Breakfast even if it was good, but was very limited, every single day the same.ham, cheese, butter, milk, cereals, orange juice,.... No fridge in the room, no bar area.
Location Parking Bright and airy
No kettle in rooms
Great location, close to metro line 4 A large clean room. Helpful staff ,they put in the room a a new bottle of water evry morning
in breakfast there were very limted (choice of food(no eggs or vegetables the dinning room was too small after 8 o'clock some pepole had to eat standing there's not a tea/coffee kit in the room no refrdgerator in the room.
Great service by the front desk.
Very good value for money. Good location, friendly staff.
I really like the design of the hotel. Free coffee, tea and water during the day was a suprise for me. Comfortable bed, perfect breakfast. I will stay there next time again.
the hotel staff are very good and cooperative , the hotel location is quite and safe , the bed is comfortable , breakfast is nice , room size is acceptable , price also is ok for paris
the AC is not working proporly , so i hot weather they need to improve the air conditioning , the hotel location is not central in paris and you need to walk at least 7-10 minutes to reach the metro station , also other main concern is that the house keepers do not respect ( do not disturb sign ) so that they knock the door and open even if you are sleeping and do not want to clean your room , i hope this problem can be improved , otherwise the hotel price is relatively good compaired to other paris hotels and room size is good .
except this everything was fine we stay at this hotel 2+2 days
the lady sitting at reception in the morning around 8:00 AM date 10/05/2014 her behaviour was very rude while we asked her for the taxi
As we were travelling with dogs the courtyard garden was ideal for us to exercise them first thing. (Needless to say we did clear up afterwards). Car parking was ideal for us and the added bonus was that it was accessed directly from the hotel and, being underground, we didn't get wet. Perfect location just off the ringroad.
We had problem using the door key.
Firstly the location is great it is close to metro station and secondly the hotel is clean, staffs are very helpful and kind. The another important point that if you need iron they provide you Finally, I can say that I am glad to be a guest of Ibis Styles porte d'Orleans
I wish they provided us slippers at the room that would be convenient for guests
That was great.
I received a quite spaceous room under the roof with even a balcony. The room was tidy and the staff was as well helpful and friendly.
very clean, comportable bed and nice bathroom
just for the business is okay.
