Bed very comfortable Friendly, helpful staff Good breakfast Clean rooms Easy access to metro Free bottle of water everyday Ideal for short break
No tea/coffee facilities in room. No safe in room
All the staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very clean in a safe area. Close to some restaurants and a supermarket. Easily accessible metro and bus stops, metro only 10 minute walk away and direct to main attractions.
No tea and coffee facilities in room No fridge in the room No safe in room
The value for money was very good
The cleaning personnel cleaning the room with bags still in the room and the do not disturb sign on the door. The bathroom door needed some painting :-)
Clean, quiet, the staff, everything is fine.
Very clean, all new, all rooms "non smoking",quiet place, parking save under the ground, lift, near metro station, good neighbourhood. Kids corner with games.
Breakfast even if it was good, but was very limited, every single day the same.ham, cheese, butter, milk, cereals, orange juice,.... No fridge in the room, no bar area.
Location Parking Bright and airy
No kettle in rooms
Great location, close to metro line 4 A large clean room. Helpful staff ,they put in the room a a new bottle of water evry morning
in breakfast there were very limted (choice of food(no eggs or vegetables the dinning room was too small after 8 o'clock some pepole had to eat standing there's not a tea/coffee kit in the room no refrdgerator in the room.
Great service by the front desk.
Very good value for money. Good location, friendly staff.
I really like the design of the hotel. Free coffee, tea and water during the day was a suprise for me. Comfortable bed, perfect breakfast. I will stay there next time again.
the hotel staff are very good and cooperative , the hotel location is quite and safe , the bed is comfortable , breakfast is nice , room size is acceptable , price also is ok for paris
the AC is not working proporly , so i hot weather they need to improve the air conditioning , the hotel location is not central in paris and you need to walk at least 7-10 minutes to reach the metro station , also other main concern is that the house keepers do not respect ( do not disturb sign ) so that they knock the door and open even if you are sleeping and do not want to clean your room , i hope this problem can be improved , otherwise the hotel price is relatively good compaired to other paris hotels and room size is good .
except this everything was fine we stay at this hotel 2+2 days
the lady sitting at reception in the morning around 8:00 AM date 10/05/2014 her behaviour was very rude while we asked her for the taxi
As we were travelling with dogs the courtyard garden was ideal for us to exercise them first thing. (Needless to say we did clear up afterwards). Car parking was ideal for us and the added bonus was that it was accessed directly from the hotel and, being underground, we didn't get wet. Perfect location just off the ringroad.
We had problem using the door key.
Firstly the location is great it is close to metro station and secondly the hotel is clean, staffs are very helpful and kind. The another important point that if you need iron they provide you Finally, I can say that I am glad to be a guest of Ibis Styles porte d'Orleans
I wish they provided us slippers at the room that would be convenient for guests
That was great.
I received a quite spaceous room under the roof with even a balcony. The room was tidy and the staff was as well helpful and friendly.
very clean, comportable bed and nice bathroom
just for the business is okay.
The interior is new. Bed was fine No noise of the street, when window is closed Breakfast with fresh pressed orangejuice.
Rooms are small but very practical.
Exellent value for money, clean and colorful rooms . 5- 10 min walk from metro station. Lots of restaurants near by.
It was strange smell in reception and breakfast area.
The room was big enough according to Paris' standards, (21 square meters is very good, while most room are 10-12 ) very clean and very modern. The wifi was excellent and was working always with very high speeds! The brekfast was great, everything was totally fresh and the hit I think is the fresh orange juice! Although the hotel is not centrally located, metro station is no more than 5 min on foot and it takes about 15-20min to go to all the major attractions, which is very good, considering the fact that for the same room in the centre you pay for sure on peak season more than 120-130 Euros.( We paid 75euros/night with wifi and breakfast). It is also close to Orly airport ( we paid 22euros to the taxi to take us there, while the bus ticket costs 7,5euros/person), so taxi worths it 100% instead of bus+metro to get to the hotel, carrying luggage from metro to the bus and then walk. They also offer a small bottle of water every day in the room for free plus free coffee, tea and I think hot chocolate from 10.00 - 22.00 at the lobby. Carrefour Supermarket is almost opposite the hotel and also a bus station with many buses. The hotel is higly recommended for what you pay and what you get. It worths 100% the money you pay and the room is very comfortable
One thing they could do to improve their services is that the room has no refrigerator, which costs almost nothing but is necessary for the summer period especially.(We wanted to drink a cold coke and we had to put it on the balcony in order to drink it cod for example! ) I am sure they will look after it. Also, although we were in Paris during christmas period, which means that is the peak season full of thousands of tourists, the level of english of the personnel in the hotel is not that good. You can communicate ofcourse easily and it is much better than the average level in Paris, but I think if you are looking for excellent service it is important. The personnel though was very helpful and very kind and ofcourse they helped us a lot ! Another very small thing is that there was not a notice at the breakfast room about the closing time of the breakfast and people were coming sometimes and there was nothing left! The breakfast room is also not big enough for all the clients, so some times you have to wait( no more than min during peak season I guess) but the ladies there are very quick and very helpful. In general the hotel was great, very cheap for what you pay and what you get
Very friendly staff . A lot of unexpected extras: fresh squeezed orange juice, bottled waters / sodas, good breakfast included, free wifi, etc
No complaints. Great budget hotel and ultra modern!
The staff were very friendly. The room was very good and the bed very comfortable. The metro is a short ten minute walk. Takes around 10-15 to get to the centre of Paris. Restaurants are a short walk away. We chose this hotel because we were driving through and required car parking which was a very reasonable price at 13Euro per night.
Booked via booking.com but the hotel didn't have our booking when we arrived. Not a problem though as the staff sorted this out very promptly.
Close to metro
