The location and the staff suggestions were very appreciated a bit expensive for the comfort presented, but it's Paris center so it's understandable |

I thing that I like during my short stay at Pavillon Monceau was its location. The thing that I didn't like is the elevator. |

The room was clean and bright and the accompanying bathroom was spacious. The street outside was quiet and during the week days there are patisseries and cafes, however, during the weekend they were closed which made dining difficult. When I booked the hotel, I specifically searched for an apartment (serviced/self contained) as I wanted the option of a kitchenette. The room did not contain a kitchenette and the bar fridge was very small and in any case, already full of overpriced drinks. Also the cleaning staff started making a lot of noise at around 9am which I consider too early for a weekend stay (especially when checkout time is 12 noon). The website also said the hotel was near Champs-Elysee which was not very accurate - it was some 20 minutes direct walking and not even on the same metro line. When I did go out for the day, I returned to find my room cleaned but some items of lingerie missing which is the reason why I would not recommend this hotel. |

The Room #46 was spacious, which is not the case for many hotels in Paris. The location and area are very nice. The reception staff is excellent. Hotel is very clean. The breakfast is very poor for 3 star hotel. The elevator is very narrow. |

staff was nice and very friendly and helpful. Location was good in my opinion, close to metro and RER C. Sound proffing was better than I expected. it's all about how you set your expectations... by american standards, rooms are relatively small but totally livable. Hey you're supposed to be out in the city anyway! The only issue in my mind is, there was no hangers for towels anywhere, so it had to be stored on the bathroom counter. What's up with that?.. Also, it's quite possible that you come to breakfast and you need to wait for a table (or leave because the variety is not worth the wait). |

Isobelle was excellent with her recommendations and general helpfulness. The breakfast was good. Bathroom and toilets were recently renovated to a high standard. The junior suite is excellent for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location is also excellent with good restaurants/deli's and a supermarket directly opposite the hotel. Hotel rooms are small but adequate. I think that this is common in Paris. Some of the amentites in the room/hotel were a little run down. At the time of our stay a few of the rooms were being repainted/renovated which is a good thing. |

The location is very centralized in the downtown area nearby to several of the major sites. Their is plenty of shopping and eating places within a short distance. The rooms are very tiny. The elevator was even smaller and with two strollers that took about 10 minutes just to get everything upstairs. this hotel is not good to bring children to. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was superb. Our room, a deluxe double, was also very large and clean. The breakfast could offer wider choice, especially in the way of fresh fruit. |
