Far walk to everything with someone in her 60 but great price for being Paris!
Money value and staff
Friendly staff. Very helpful. Clean facility. Free wifi.
Bathrooms very small and no shelves to put things. Breakfast could have some more options.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.
The room was a bit hot! We could not sleep well because the aircon was not functioning properly.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Good residential area of Paris and walking distance to Arch de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower (approx 45 min)
Room was a bit on the small side but is probably typical of Paris Hotels of this standard.
It's definitely a great location (just a couple metro stations away from Arc de triomphe) and the hotel is situated in a very nice neighbourhood. Across the street is a supermarket and a lot of cute bakeries and cafes. The staff is really helpful, rooms are clean and I definitely recommend this hotel.
The elevator is a bit too small and has some troubles working, but it's nothing too drastic.
Liked the location. Short five minutes walk to Metro station ( Wagram on 'Ligne 3'), Number 31 bus outside to Arc de Triomphe, Number 94 bus around the corner to Montparnasse Tower. 10 minute walk to RER station (Pereire-Levallois 'RER Ligne C') for trains direct to Eiifel Tower. Short walk to Parc Monceau. Nice area. Comfortable bed(s) to sleep on, (but kept coming apart as were two singles).
Got hard sold a tour on the River Seine upon arrival. We were told we'd be going, "Straight on the boat" - This was misleading as in actual fact as it turned out, we queued in the 'already in possession of tickets' queue for 40 minutes before a fight almost broke out between other people in our queue and the staff running the boat tour, as the other queue 'buying tickets today' were just allowed to stream on. At this this point we gave up on the idea as being massively disorganised and far too much hassle to bother with - but that's another story really. The double bed was two single beds pushed together. They kept coming apart. No shower curtain (not even a rail for one). No plug for the bath. The toilet looked clean, but did not smell clean. I suspect a 'grey water' water tank from the roof is used for the toilet. Environmental maybe, but not very pleasant. The lift is very small. 3 people max. We waited 20 minutes on our last morning as able-bodied people who could've walked down the stairs clogged up the lift as they went down to breakfast, whilst we waited with our case and our son in his pushchair. The breakfast was poor. It can often happen that you get crumbs at the bottom of your Corn Flakes packet, doesn't it? Well the breakfast cereal was beyond crumbs, it was dust. Corn Flakes were mostly dust, not flakes. We had been offered a cot for our bedroom, but no highchairs were provided at all for the restaurant at breakfast(??!!) This meant we needed to use the pushchair for breakfast, which meant waiting ages for the lift to not have anyone from the floors above already in it when it stopped at our floor.
Helpful staff, upgraded room. Sorted out a special request for us. Value for money.
Very helpful and friendly staff, not too far from the center but the felt quieter. Close to a metro station. Comfortable clean rooms.
Air conditioning was not working. They had provided a fan but it was a very hot room in the height of summer
Nicely located and friendly staff: they tried their best to accommodate.
Some of the facilities like Aircondition and locks on the doors were not functioning.
Friendly helpful staff, nice quite location
Location Friendly, helpfull staff Excellent Room
Helpful staff, good location, double glazing, breakfast (delicious) included
A very friendly, cosy hotel, just a short walk from a metro stop. The area felt entirely safe when returning there late at night.
Room was clean. Location good
The rooms was poor. It was little and the aircondition was not working. The ligths on the other side of the room were not working. Alot of things in the room was missing. The staff in the reception was not polite. She was at times rude. I would not recommend this hotel
Close to Metro, bus, restaurants, supermarket and laundry facilities. We walked 10 mins only to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees however, there is a bus across the road that takes you right there. A safe area that is not so busy away from the crowds. Room was big as was bathroom, beds comfortable. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good. Wifi was good. Great value for money in Paris.
Staff was very courteous, impeccable service, great location, very comfortable rooms. I recommend it with confidence
The staff were very polite and helpful, especially male staff at the front desk. It was easy to each the metro and supermarkets to get food.
Aircon not functioning; intermittent power failures interrupted TV viewing and working; TV stopped functioning on the third evening of my four night stay; wall paper swelling & pealing off making the room unsightly.
Nice and clean room with aircondition and refrigerator. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Peaceful area and only a short walk to metro station.
I like travel
I do not like dirt and noise
Great breakfast Beautiful room and bathroom Supermarket just next door
Elevator was used by the charwomen sometimes and wasn't able to use then.
very helpful staff, nice location, cool colourful shower, clean hotel, lift!
Great location (there is a supermarket opposite the hotel), friendly staff, clean room. We have left our luggage after check out in the hotel and collected it in the evening. Great value for money.
Room was a bit small.
Easy to get to by car, public parking just opposite the hotel, just 15 mins walk from Ard de Triomphe, very friendly staff.
The staff were fantastic, spoke excellent English and were really helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable and the hotel is centrally located for all the sites. The hotel only serves breakfast but there are a number of other restaurants nearby.
The rooms were really warm and apparently the aircon only works in the summer months. This normally wouldn't be an issue for me but with 4 people in a small space it got warm very quickly. Don't let this put you off though.
