Convenient position, lovely room, warm welcome. The hotel was let down by one receptionist who was not at her post on two consecutive nights and could not be induced to make any apology. The range of food at the buffet breakfast was very limited. |

My room was very clean and comfortable. It has big clean bath and comfortable white large bed. Staff was so kind. Location is easy to find. Nearby there are many cafes, big convenient market, some restaurants, bread store, etc. In my case, breakfast was included, but considering its price(17euro per 1 person), breatfast is not good. Many people said its location is great, but in my thinking location is so so. Because it's a little far to walk to the Champs-Élysées and there is only 1 bus(No73?) and that bus is over before 9 in the evening. Of course there is nearby metro 1 station Argentine and Porte Maillot away from 5 minute's walk. If you don't mind using metro, transportation is very very good. but if you want to take bus, it's not good. and definetely it is too hard to walk to Champs-Élysées, but it's possible to walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile |

Friendly staff, cleaniless. Small bed, expensive breakfast, very expensive area (not the hotel's fault of course). |

staffs are so kind and helpful for travelling paris through providing us information such as maps, restaurant guidebook, and so on. Also, rooms were always cleaned and facilities seemed to be well furnished with modern style. To sum up, I really enjoyed staying in Best Western Premier Pergolese hotel during the Paris trip. |

hotel very central, staff extremely helpful and friendly and spoke very good english. Family room ideal lay out for us. As a family with older kids who now need their own room nice hotels are now usually too expensive, but this was perfect for us. |

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location ,close to rail stations, close to Champs Elysees & Arc de Triomphe. The Pergolese is clean, comfortable & surprisingly quiet for being near a major road. Perfect for a sightseeing trip to Paris |

Clean, quiet and run by very nice and pleasant staff The design of the shower is wrong, no holder for the shower head. This is a $10 piece but obviously nobody thought about it. |

The hotel is very conveniently located for the Champs Elysee and access to all tourist / business venues via the metro line 1. There is no restaurant, and only a tiny bar. The buffet breakfast is adequate but over priced, however all of the foregoing is offset by the many local cafes and restaurants available in the immediate area. |

The staff at the hotel were excellent and made us feel very welcome on our arrival. The hotel was also well located and hand for some of the main attractions in Paris. The room was designated standard superior but was a bit small. It did not feel superior and I feel that I might have been allocated a lesser room. |
