L' HOTEL PERGOLESE    

The Family room was suitable, having two connected rooms by its corridor. It was clean and propper.

The closets were near the room door. I couldn't open the closet leaf unless I close completely the room door which should stay open since it is a family room.

Location

People not capable and not customer oriented.

Good central location on a small, quiet street. Nice, clean room, good bed.

Breakfast is 18€, but there are plenty of options in the neighbourhood.

Practically everything

For me conventional shower is more convinient that bathtub. Therefore room 65(bathtub and shower without screen) was not very nice.

Good sized rooms. Very good breakfast buffet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recomended!

Despite making a booking with cancellation option you can within 6 months after the original booking after had been made and paid for, get your money back from your credit card company by saying that you had not authorised this, had no knowledge of the booking and could demand a refund.

This is not a hotel I would book at again or recommend to anyone else. For a 4 star hotel, their services were terrible, their staff were rude and the room was basic at best. Facilities were poor or non-existent. We could have stayed at a 2 or 3 star hotel and probably had about the same level of service, if not better, as we got from this one.

Our room was really warm, lovely soft robes and a great breakfast!

We had booked a triple and we were given 2 adjoining rooms , very nicely located to each other with privacy. The hotel location and staff were very good .

The bathroom was leaking from the roof , it meant changing the room and the next day was leaking again , though he staff were prompt in handling issues

Excellent location for walking around Paris. Staff friendly and helpful with good English. Lots of eating places within walking distance.

Rather thin walls. Breakfast (which we didn't have) is expensive at 18 euros when compared with the local cafes.

Staff was very accommodating. Easy walk to Porte Mailliot Transit station and public parking lots for those driving.

Rooms were hot.

The bedrooms are big enough and clean.

The corridors, the lift and the stairs are very very small..

they didnt accept my internet card and already the site booking give us confirmation for the internet card, so the guest were obliged to use the personnel card, so we didnt like this issue, thanks for taking note.

This Hotel is in a great location and being so close to the Metro makes it easy to explore Paris. We have two children, aged 10 & 12, and having the interconnecting rooms with 2 singles and a king was perfect. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff super friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Paris.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, mini bar, shower, quite, could store luggage on final day for free, about 4 mins walk from Metro, on one of the main central metro lines

Value for money and location. Also commendeable is the customer service. Room wise, we made a family booking (two rooms with a private corridor), the rooms (including the bathrooms) are resonably sapcious.

The ventilation was not quite good in the rooms. Even during winter, we had to open our windows just to let some fresh air in but that means bearing with the cold and insecurity of leaving them ajar.

The family apartment was perfect for a family of four (boys 10 and 12) with two separate bathroom, bedrooms, joined by a central entry way. Good location, very near Charles de Gaule Etoile metro and train station and several good restaurants and shops within walking distance.

No fitness center or other amenities.

Very clean, helpful staff, comfy bed, great location - 2 minutes walk to Argentine metro and 1 minute walk to a wonderful bakery for pan au chocolate & coffee in the morning! We rang reception to borrow an iron and get more tea bags and they were brought up in a few minutes. It was my partners birthday so i commented on this when booking.....the hotel staff then delivered a box of Godiva chocolates with a hand written note to our room - lovely touch!

Breakfast was expensive so went to the patisserie down the road

Very cost effective compared with other hotels locate in the city center or close to the city center. We are a couple with my mum, we had a big family suite with two seperate bedrooms, clean and comfortable, very good location.

Wifi was not working.

Location was very close to where I used to live, so some good memories. Also, walking distance to Champs Elysee and the main sites of Paris.

No Parking and the room was quite small for a 4 star hotel
