Free wifi in room to work. Safe location for family. Easy walk to Eiffel tower. Lack of English television programs for the kids to watch (only news programs). |

The location was ideally good. The internet access was free of charged. Staff on the reception was really good and very helpful. There are many doors until you reach to to the rooms. When we reached we found no on one to help us taking our luggage to the rooms. |

Staff extremely helpful and polite. Familiar atmosphere in the heart of Paris business district. I guess fares can be a bit high in the peak of summer season, but this is common to all Paris hotels in the area. |

Good location, next to metro and cheap good restaurants. Free internet is a bonus. The room was much smaller than illustrated on the website. |

The staff on reception were the friendlist most helpful that I have encountered in a hotel. The room had french type windows into a courtyard, which was both pretty and useful when needing extra light or cool air. The location was superb for Paris city, albeit an expensive area, or maybe thats just Paris! |

The family room was perfect for us with our 12-yr. old granddaughter. The two rooms shared an entry space before the room to the main hallway. There were lots of wonderful stops for breakfast and dinner within walking distance, and the Metro stop was very close. We also always had a view of the Arc de Triomphe as we walked to and from the hotel. The breakfast seemed expensive, but we never checked out the menu or options available - chose instead to pick up something fresh each day from a nearby patisserie. |

Cleanliness, quietness and room designs are the main 3 attractions for my taste. The service is of 5 star standard, the staff are punctual and every efficient. In spite of the limited options on breakfast, in comparison to the price, the food provided is of good quality. Facilities around the hotel are very convenient as well; everything a guest needs is in short walking distance: bakery, metro, restaurants, cafe, ATM machine, coiffure, supermarket ....etc. |

Location, Location, Location, for the price was excellent. The room was very good we didn't get a view but it was sunny and quite. It was that quite that we missed breakfast every morning. Plant of bars close by would recommend it to anyone. |

The hotel has a great location, with easy reach to almost all main sightseeing places in Paris with the nearest underground station. It is located in the quiet residential area and a quiet street, with local shops like bakery, fruit shop, seafood shop etc., giving the guests a local residential atmosphere. We enjoy the "chic" residential area of District 16th where the hotel is located. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel is simple and stylish. The hotel room is not spacious, all public areas are also of small size. But this can be expected for almost all hotels in district 8 or 16 of Paris, if the rate is under euro200.- Per night. should not complain about this. |

The staff are really helpful with good english. We are on our honeymoon, got upgrade to a delux room with a normal size, cant imagine the size for a standard room. Staied for 10 nites, the fridge wasnt working until the 3rd change. Need to stay for an extra nite because of the Iceland volcano eruption, the hotel charge the rack rate for the extra nite instead of charge us with the rate that we had for 9 nites. End up we moved to another hotel with a nicer/newer interior for the same rack rate just at the next street. |

Marvellous hotel with excellent staff who really go out of your way to make your stay memorable. We stayed for the Paris Marathon, we couldn't have asked for a better location, 5 mins walk to the start and from the finish. Lovely bakery on the end of the street and a marvellous pasta house 2 minutes walk away (if you are carbo loading!!). 5 mins walk from the Champs Elysee and a beautiful walk down to the river and to the Eiffel Tower and back to the hotel. We loved it!! |
