Tämä design-hotelli sijaitsee 250 metrin päässä Palais des Congrés -kongressikeskuksesta ja vajaan 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Champs-Elysées-kadusta. A very nice hotel with friendly staff from when we arrived to our departure. We will recommend to friends and family and as mentioned in other reviews it is in a good location.Try the Patisserie on the corner to the right hand side of the hotel it was superb!!! We had a lovely weekend so thank you Best Western Pergolese.

The location is excellent from the point of view of airport busses to CDG/Orly, to good restaurants nearby and to museums. The personnel was helpful and nice, the rooms of good quality and spacy for Paris. The family room (to connecting rooms) was great for our teenage children. For younger ones it would not be ideal.

Comfortable bed, good pillows, clean room and very peasant staff! Apparently the room was an upgrade, not sure why, but we thought it was quite expensive, although possibly not by Paris standards!Sink in bathroom didn't drain very well and there was a pungent odour from this at times - didn't report to hotel staff! Corridors to bedrooms quite narrow!

staff were very helpfull and freindly, hotel was very clean room was very small, breakfast food and facilities were not four star, plastic chairs with plastic tables, more designed to be stylish rather than comfortable.

The staff was lovely and any required information was readily available both in the in room documentation and at the front desk chatting to the staff. The beds were confortable, it was quiet and private. Everything was spotless. The doors between our room and that of the childrens were very heavy and awkward making passing between the two rooms a little inconvenient. I kept knocking myself on the partition between the sink and the toilet in the bathroom as it jutted out in a confined space. The room was a little too warm, adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to make any difference. Minor issues but effected my confort.

+ Very quiet and spacious room (stayed in a superior room, big bathroom with a real bath) Friendly staff - 17E for the breakfast was expensive for what it was. Nothing special and stay away from the "frozen" croissants.

1) I guess that the hotel could improve the breakfast menu. I gues something fresh cooked (omlettes, sausages, etc) should be added. 2) the price per day should be pro-rated as per hours spent after 12.00am...I paid whole-day- rate for 4 hours .

The location is convenient for sightseeing. Walking distance, if you like walking, to Eifel Tower, Champs Elisee & even Louvre. In my view, the hotel does not definetively reach a 4 stars. Is it perhaps Paris standard?

Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast good, room a bit small but very clean, bathroom with bathrobes a nice touch. Excellent location. At the end of our stay we were given the wrong information for our airport and our bus back to the airport and so just made our flight

The staff. Really nice people who couldn't do enough to help all weekend. They even found my iPhone, called me to let me know and then organised to get it sent to my office in the uk.

This was a lovely hotel, well located near the Arc de Triomphe. Our room was quite small but well equipped with a mini bar and towelling robes included with the standard room. We also had breakfast included which was more than just continental. Very pleasant hotel in a quiet road and conveniently located.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay! The only criticism I would have is the unavailability of room service between 12pm and 6pm. I couldn't order anything to eat during those hours.

“Balmoral has a nice location. Staff is very friendly. The room was small but very clean, it was quiet. Metro and RER station is 1 min from hotel.
