Staff very friendly. Clean room.
Room very stuffy with poor ventilation. Air con only blows in warm air.
Nice Position and comfortable hotel
As always petite dejenuer is too expensive: skip it and wander outside. Fantastic maroccan restaurant on the other side of the avenue de la grand armee
The room was clean
Noise from street. I didn't feel very welcome at the reception. A very poor and dull lobby. We didn't go for breakfast because it didn't worth. Wifi didn't work properly. The price of the room was not reasonable.
The breakfast was good
The rooms are very small but it is same at most of the hotels in Paris
Staffs are very helpful and nice. Location is very good.
The specification of service is good.
The room is small and the price is high.
Very good hotel , near to champ-elesyes rooms are bit bigger than other hotels in paris, staff was very very VERY friendly and helpful ( specialy Dolma ) , rooms are very clean, every day they put Godiva chocolate in ur bed, alot of resturante and very good cafe near to the hotel, underground station near to you.( argentine station ) Finally, thank you Dolma. ( reception lady )
This is paris and every thing will be tiny, elevator in this hotel is for 3 persons as max. . But as i said this paris. No gym in the hotel Every think in the hotel was very excellent
The high price does not match the quality the hotel offers
Nice bathroom :)
way too expensive, tired furniture, noisy. Not worth it for the breaky.
Welcoming staff. Very good location to visit Paris. Nice breakfast.
The bad point was that I was asked for the password every time I opened my computer. Closing doors were a little noisy.
Hotel was o.k. but would not stay again. Have stayed in better hotels in Paris for the money.
Rooms were very small and not much room to move around. Lampshade fell off fitting in bathroom whilst we were out. When I went to the reception later in the evening to report the matter the man on the front desk gave me a dustpan and brush to clear the broken glass myself. Not the kind of service you expect in a hotel.
Every things was very exciting staff and amanities , the room was very clean
Size of rooms was excellent for Paris standards
Located in a silent side street close to Porte Maillot, Bois de Boulogne and la Defense, the hotel is ideal for business travellers. Fairly big and well equipped rooms, pleasure to stay
We loved the very comfortable bed, the acoustic qualities, i.e very quiet room and loved the bathroom. Location was great too.
The location was walking distance to the Arc de Triumph and great food and shopping on the champs elysees rd
It wasnt the kind of hotel that you want to hang out in, just sleep.
Helpful staff, good location, average size room for Paris, good breakfast.
Exterior work going on at the back of the building, so constant construction noise from 7am. They did offer me a free breakfast in consolation, which was a nice compromise.
Everything were under expectation
Location Staff support
The staff at the front desk, especially Sylvie, was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for good restaurants in the area and arranging our transportation back to the airport.
The wifi logs off after a minute of not being used and we need to log back in again.
Location. Service. Staff.
The breakfast is good, but price 19 eur seems a little expansive.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room good size. Children liked having their own room - good family set up with two seperate rooms connected via a private corridor.
Room not as nice as looked on photographs. Could do with updating especially the bathroom which is very old and tired. On positive note both room and bathroom very clean.
Location was excellent. The room was spacious, although slightly oddly set out (as per the didn't like section of this review). Most of the staff were nice.
There was no partition between the bath and the sofa area of the room, or a place to put the shower head meaning that if you showered water went everywhere.
The beds, location, staff
Bathroom, space between the rooms
