The staff at the front desk, especially Sylvie, was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for good restaurants in the area and arranging our transportation back to the airport.
The wifi logs off after a minute of not being used and we need to log back in again.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable and room good size. Children liked having their own room - good family set up with two seperate rooms connected via a private corridor.
Room not as nice as looked on photographs. Could do with updating especially the bathroom which is very old and tired. On positive note both room and bathroom very clean.
The beds, location, staff
Bathroom, space between the rooms
Very central location, very comfortable beds, best breakfast buffet I have ever had!
Rooms looked dated, furniture seems worn. Bathroom was very dated, no shower curtain to stop the splashing.
Staff was helpful Room was good size Barfridge
No parking, parking expensive at public facility Wifi intermittent and slow Hotel needs revamp, tired feel
stylish and friendly. good service. clean rooms. near stop for airport bus.
have to login for internet very frequently. breakfast is pricey.
Room great Staff great Location Convenient
Breakfast poor selection of food and the G7 taxi driver ripped me off that the hotel called for me .. Don't use this service
The hotel receptionist, Sylvie, was amazing! She spoke excellent English and was very helpful.
Wi-fi was free but had to login frequently. A relatively small inconvenience, admittedly!
Reception staff is helpful. Large and comfortable room. Close to metro.
good location. nice comfortable bed and good bathroom. clean. staff very nice. small room(standard) but had a little terrace window (6th floor. top) which was really lovely left open for fresh air and gave the room a feeling of home and space. same in bathroom. so good to be able to open all up. not luxurious but very comfortable.
did not choose breakfast option. bit expensive.
The location of this hotel is perfect. It's very close by Arc of Triomphe so most of the sights are in walking distance. Also bakery and cafe and ATM are right on the corner. Metro station is 3 min walk and RER 7 min walk. The room and bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. The room was big enough for comfortable staying for two. Wifi is usable. Controllable A/C in the room and also heating was in the bathroom. It's nice and quiet hotel.
The breakfast is overpriced (19 eur) so we didn't take it. And I think you don´t need it because a few steps from hotel is nice bakery where you can get everything including coffee to go or you can have breakfast in one of many nice cafes which are a few steps from hotel too.
Large and comfortable room, great location close to Bois de Boulogne and metro station Porte Maillot, ideal for business travellers that need to visit la Defense.
The location not far from Champs Elysee , clean, air conditioned, coffee maker, toilette
No room view but this is okay, the elevator was off for 3 days, we had to take the stairs for the 5th floor, the hotel offered free breakfast as a compensation, the cost for breakfast = 19 Euro's which is considered expensive
All excellent !
Lift not working for three days. Bar basically hadn't got a hot or cold drink that we wanted at 11.30 pm? Had to resort to mini bar in our room.
Room on the fourth floor and lift not working!!!! Needs a bit of refurbishing for a 4 stars
near the city center
Really liked the location and the maid staff. Room was clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable. Adjustable air conditioning in each room was nice. Family suite was a generous size considering the normal size of things in Paris.
WIFI was difficult to log onto. No shower curtain so your had to dry the floor and counter after each shower.
Perfect location, very helpful staff, nice hotel
Lots of restaurants, grocery stores, boulangerie, etc, walking distance to l'arc and la tour E, staff friendly and attentive. Quiet area.
Bathroom a bit smelly. Poor ventilation system. No bidet. Rooms could do with upgrade, but that would raise the room price.
Neat and clean.Excellent wifi connection. Friendly staff. close to metro stations.
room comfortable and clean, beds comfortable, TV worked well so husband and sons were able to follow France's progress in the world cup(!) Towels were changed daily. I chose this hotel mainly because we were able to have a family "suite" with two adjoining rooms so our choice of hotels was limited. The arrangement of the rooms was good
Hotel taxi service is hugely overpriced. We exchanged several e mails right up to the moring of departure as the price changed after my initial enquiry. I asked for a taxi to meet us, and made it clear we were leaving and would be out of e mail contact, but on my return they have sent several e mails asking me to confirm the booking which I was obviously unable to do, so the taxi did not turn up. The hotel had insisted we would need a minivan for our two averagely sized selves and our 15 and 11 year old sons, three average cases (total wt less than 45 kg) and handluggage and would have charged us 110 euros. In fact we took an official (average sized) taxi from the airport late on Friday afternoon, through busy traffic, and paid 55 euros. Also they only offer a single breakfast option - 19 euros which would have added almost 400 euros to the total price of our 5 night stay for the privelege of having tea/coffee and toast, so we opted to go out for breakfast. A breakfast menu with options would be much better - as others have commented, its overpriced. Most of our dinners for four (including wine) cost less.
very nice location and clean
expensive but for Paris n the summer it is O.K. we ordered a Taxi and it took for ever until it arrived, 40 mins??
