Да. Перестать, наконец, блокировать суммы на кредитных картах! Они же разблокируются только через 1,5 месяца... по-крайней мере российские банки работают именно так! Неужели нельзя поступать как-то по-другому?

It`s proximity to the centre of the city, the room was good value for money and perfectly adequate for our needs

There was only enough coffee/tea left out for one cup each per day and only one small packet of milk, We had to keep asking for more to brought to the room,why is there a restriction on this? The charge of 14Euros per day for limited television in a language we could understand

The staff was very accomodating especially Sonja who was exceptionally nice and helpful. the elevator was very small but we expected that in europe. the location was great..close to the Arc de triumph and the Champs s'ellyse and local bakery and diniing awa the subway. The rooms were nice and we had an adjoining family room. they were clean and modern despite an older, elegant exterior.

I would have liked to have a full service lounge/bar and restaurant and card keys so we didnt have to leave our keys an the front desk.

too expensive. for should money hotel should be more modern and include spa and leisure facitities, should not be ranked as 4 star without offering better facilities to its customers

Great hotel! great location! In the center of Paris: 2 min walk to Champs Elysees,quite,the staff were very nice and helpful .The family room we got (combined 2 rooms with seperate doors )each room was very large, nicely decorated with a large bathroom in both rooms.It is a great place to stay on a visit to Paris.

Helpful staff and early check in a genuine benefit having travelled a significant distance. The hotel was convenient, fair and well managed. I appreciated the relative quiet compared to many Paris hotels.

Excellent service

The key policy is dangerous. The staff requires you to leave your key at the front desk when leaving. When entering, one simply has to state which room key they want and the staff does not ask for a name on the reservation nor do they perform any sort of identification check. Anyone can walk in and request a room key!
