Le patron est accueillant et trés sympa ,le personnel trés serviable , et le petit déjeuner dans le jardin au soleil est trés agréable . de plus l'hotel est trés bien situé entre antibes et juan les pins . Inutile de prendre sa voiture durant son séjour pour aller à la plage ou dans la vieille ville .. |

1. E incubo. Prima di tutto il direttore ha addebitato tutto il prezzo dalla mia carta un giorno prima il mio arrivo (ma non era scritto come sempre che "NON rimborsabile). 2. Secondo Booking dovevo pagare 294 EURO: ma ha addebitato 360 EURO (piu colazione). Quando ho detto che non voglio fare la colazione - mi ha detto "Non mi importa - pagi 50% pure". |

Prima kamer Ons werd het niet gebruikte ontbijt wél in rekening gebracht, dat in niet correct en tegen de overeenkomst in. De informatie van bookings.com komt o.i. niet overeen met de praktijk. |

la gentillesse et l'écoute de son responsable j'aurai aimé de vraies confitures maison et un jus de fruit "pur jus" ! sur l'équipement de la chambre la salle d'eau est petite. |

la cortesia del responsabile e del personale Che,dopo aver prenotato con voi ed avuto regolare vs/conferma,l'hotel ci abbia subito scritto che avrebbe trattenuto in anticipo 390 €(invece del normale pagamento posticipato)e che la prima colazione era praticamente obbligatoria.Se ci si affida ad una organizzazione come la vostra,non la si può poi smentire,specie se si peggiorano le condizioni. Questo dovreste farlo presente. |

L'hôtelier a changé la chambre prévue afin de pouvoir en avoir une prête dès 11h. Chambre et salle de bain propres mais pas de rideau à la baignoire pour se doucher (vraiment pas pratique!). Problème de facture au départ, la carte en garantie a été facturée sans rien demander, le problème devrait être résolu après discusion. Hôtelier très sympa au C/I mais exécrable au C/O, à voir si ma carte de crédit a été recréditée comme il l'a dit. Chambre petite, bruyante le matin. D'après les commentaires des précédents clients, il y a un problème avec le tarif du pdj. |

L'accueil et la sympathie du personnel-l' emplacement est un plus , proche de la pinède, et du centre de Juan les Pins . Hôtel très vétuste , qui ne devrait pas être classé en 3 * |

ho accordato con voi una tariffa ma poi il manager ha cercato di cambiarmela subito dopo via email. comunque al check out si e` risolto tutto. In ogni caso, non mi pare serio e non consono al vs standard (che apprezzo) |
