Liked nothing apart from staff were okay. The room was very dirty, there was no shower hear, so the water sprayed everywhere, the lift did not work properly, it should be a 0 or 1 star and not a 2 star, the checik in time is very late, the rooms are noisy as it is opposite the station, the bed covers had hairs on it, there was one plub socket with the tv plugged into it, so no spares for hairdryer, etc. Over all it was the dirtiest and worst hotel I have ever stayed in! |

Very good location, across the street from the Gare du Nord. Cleaning staff mistakenly took all my belongings out of my room after the first night and put in in the lobby to anyone to look at and touch and I had valuables in my bag. Hotel staff was not apologetic for this mistake. |

The close distance of metro-line and RER trains. The good manners of the Sri Lankan reception staff. There were no ordinary pillows (only in sausage form) and when I asked for a normal pillow my request could not be satisfied. The WC flush was malfunctioning (20-30 min filling time until the next use, low power in water flush). One lamp over the left bed was not functioning. The central heat was not on. I asked for heating and then it was on! |

Convenient location We were required to pay 6 euros for breakfast despite protests and showing reception our booking confirmation stating breakfast 5 Euros . |

Convienience, close to Gare du Nord . Friendly Staff The rooms needed more basic facilities, such as additional pillows,etc, Heating was a bit weak. Shower curtains in the bath as the floor gets wet and flooded. These are simple items which can be provided at minimal cost. |

Easy to find. Clean. In hindsight the price is quite reasonable. Shower entrance is tiny. No way a large person can get in. (I just made it without touching anything) |

This is very poor hotel in Paris and we never visit Paris again. The hotel management giving us a un-secure double room with door lock is not functioning,8th Floors with no lift and no corridor light.Hotel management not allow us to changing other room & give us a solution either we accepts the room or refurn the room rental,the staff tell us you are not able to get any room in paris city cause all fully booked.and the management never arrange us to other hotel |

Proximity to Gare du Nord No sound proofing to reduce the excessive street noise. Housekeeping insisted on opening the window after cleaning the room every day (likely to offset the musty smell). Since there are no screens on the window, moths & other insects entered the room. |

The staff was very friendly and helpful.The location of the hotel is just perfect for travelers by train. the interiors are very outdated. New wallpaper, nice prints and new inexpensive furniture will make the rooms much nicer |
