Picardy Hôtel-Gare du Nord  

Solo tiene de bueno que está en frente de la Gare du nord.

Pagué 180€/noche por un hotel que no vale mas de 50€. Es un hotel viejo, sucio y mal cuidado. Lo elegí por la cercania a la Gare du Nord pero resulta que no es muy buen barrio. Mejor buscarse otra ubicación. El personal es flojito, no fueron capaces de hacerme una factura en condiciones. Les pedí el mando a distancia de la tv y me dijeron que no me podian ayudar porque lo habian robado. El wifi funcionaba intermitentemente. No me volveria a quedar en este hotel.

La ubicación es la mejor para llegar a la Gare du Nord.

La ubicación, al frente de la estación Gard du nord, no fue necesario ni buscarlo, sales y ahí está. Metro a pocos pasos. El personal fue amable y pese a que no hablamos frances, se esforzaron por entendernos en ingles o español.

Mi 2da. Visita a Paris en plan económico, como la anterior experiencia, en Paris los hoteles son caros y malos, con respecto a otras ciudades. Las dos habitaciones que contratamos tenían problemas de pintura y de mantenimiento en general, además de ser pequeñas. Lo recomiendo, a personas no muy exigentes y que solo quieren un lugar donde dormir después de visitar la ciudad.

Su buena ubicación, cerca de una parada de metro, lo hace estar bien comunicado de los diferentes lugares de interés de la ciudad.

Para ser un hotel de dos estrellas tanto la duración como la variedad del desayuno era escasa y el cambio de toallas lo hacen cada tres días, cosa que no se agradece excesivamente.

Cumple con creces la opinion generalizada que los hoteles de Paris son caros y malos, este es un hotel tercermundista enclavado en la "ciudad del glamour".

Next to the railways station; bearable for 1 night;

The room is poorly eqipped; there were no pillows only a very old neck roll; underneath the bed sheet there was some plastic cover. The heating in the bathroom did not work;

Near to the train station, convenient for transportation.

Really unsafe, very noisy and it is not worth the money.

1. The location is literally in front of Gare du Nord, which makes it easy for us to catch metro of several lines and also Eurostar. There are a lot of restaurants in the vicinity, including a halal food restaurant. 2. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The staff that was attending us most of the time was an Indian gentleman, which I forgot to get his name. He speaks very good French and English and were full of smiles. Thank you mister. 3. The provide left luggage service with no extra charge, which is very helpful since our trail to London wast not until 6pm while the check out time is at 12pm. You don't want to travel around Paris with your luggage, going up and down the stairs in metro. 4. Beds are made and fresh towels were changed for the two nights we stayed, despite me reading a few reviews that said otherwise.

1. Price is a bit steep compared to similar location and standard in London, but still fair considering the location and it was Christmas- New Year holiday period, so everywhere was expensive, but this was the best deal I could get around Paris. 2. Occasional honking of busy traffic in front of the hotel. The area is busy in the day with taxis and busses, so getting an afternoon nap may be quite challenging. Not too much of a problem for night sleep as the streets are clear at night. 3. Small room. Not much floor space, just enough to move around but I guess this is the case for most of the hotels in Paris. A friend of ours who stayed in a 4-star hotel also complained the same thing, so it's quite fair.

Its location was quite good, just opposite to Gare du Nord, the main international railstation in Paris

Except location almost everything else is horrible about this hotel, - receptionist behavior pathetic, lied to us one after another, did not provide remote of room tv even after several request, the morning of our checkout we could not bathe as no running hot water, reception said they don't know, after asking several times they said some pipe underground is broken & so no hot water can be provided - rooms were so small that after standing on the floor one could hardly find any place to keep luggage - rooms were not cleaned, bed sheets were dirty, bathroom walls were not cleaned, rust on shower floor, - light in the room was also poor

This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. While disliking extreme language, I would describe it as an overpriced doss-house. For €180 I got:- -no proper reception desk (more like a one-person guard desk with room keys on a board on the floor. -payment demand on arrival. -a taped together credit card machine that would not read my card (it worked perfectly elsewhere half an hour before and after). -corridor to room semi-blocked with ladders and spare mattresses. -corridor lights on push button lighting that barely gave timme to reach my room -chair in room with arem and leg about to fall off -windows with handles removed or broken off bed with plastic/rubber undersheet (I am not incontinent!!!) Never again!!!!

Easy to find. Right in front of Gqre de NORD. Pleasant desk staff.

Very tired room. Noisy location on rue de Dunkerque. Cqnnot recommend this except in an emergency where there is no other option.

It's bang opposite gare du Nord

the rooms are like a match box and so is the bathroom, if that's what we are supposed to expect in Paris then I would say that the price is expensive. The owners son at the front desk was arrogant . We were asked to pay 7 € for the breakfast when it's mentioned 6€ on booking.com .
