Location is good
Not even one hairdryer for the hotel. The heater didn't work. I asked the staff came to check twice, he said he would send someone but no one came at last. It was snowing that day! The worst experience ever.
location good across the road from gare du nord
Their policies included: No visitors to rooms. No eating in rooms. Their hotel did not provide a seating area near reception where visitors could be entertained. No restaurant attached to hotel. This is a hotel in name only and should be treated as a pensione run by staff for their benefit and not for the benefit of guests
Location is good. But there are so many hotels right next door that I would suggest trying those so you enjoy your holiday
The building is old and cold. They had no extra blankets, pillows or heating (even a hot water bottle). They insisted the room was hot while they wore their scarves inside. The people before us even tied the curtains in the windows to avoid the draft. I left my slippers in a specific place I remember. Went back to collect it after a week and they said they didn't have it and couldn't do anything. They don't like to tell their a manager's name and the lift is very tiny.
Small toilet. Free wifi very weak.
Clean Hotel, there is lift, very near in Paris Gare Nord train station...
Location was excellent. It was as I expected it to be for a less expensive hotel.
Small bathroom. Could be cleaner.
I couldn't get a wifi connection in the room. In the lobby, the wifi system would operate erratically. I had to go out to a cyber cafe to connect to booking.com.
It is near to Gare du Nord train station, 2 minutes walking to the train station, easier to find and a lot of halal restaurant around there. Further, the staff also polite and friendly.
The check in time is quite late, 4.00pm.
Location. Room clean. Very close to local restaurants and takeaways, also the Train station.
Room and bathroom very very small. In fact reception, lift etc also very small. Not allowed to eat in room. No coffee tea facilities in our room. Check in a little late.
I liked the location as its near to Paris nord station.
Wifi did not work and the assistance i got from staff was not enough.
Nothing. The hotel was filthy
Nothing. Hotel was filthy
Everything was good! We were pretty hesitant when reading the reviews but still went ahead with the booking as we wanted to stay somewhere so centralised tt we could go anywhere easily. This made it happen. Location was impeccable - just cross the road from Gare du Nord and you're there! It was so easy to get to from the airport, travel around Paris and get to Disneyland.
Room just a little bit small, but doesn't matter since you just need to sleep ;)
The attitude of staff, location of hotel, space inside the room & many more things.
cheap & opposite Gare du Nord
central heating not working
Very late breakfast. Not very clean. Different from pictures shown
The location was excellent being across the road from Gare du Nord. The staff were very helpful, given the constraints they were operating under. We were on the 6th floor with a good lift facility.
The fact that while check-in time was 16:00(4pm), we had to wait nearly two hours because the room was not cleaned. This was not the fault of the staff, this is the fault of the owner who appears to be operating with the least amount of staff possible so as to maximise profits. The bathroom sink was blocked and remained blocked. This is a budget hotel, the basics however, eg check-in times, cleaning times, maintenance, should not be compromised as was the case.
Location, right next to the metro station
They gave me a different room than the one I requested online (a lower-quality room) Breakfast was literally just bread and coffee. Room was very noisy. Heater in room did not work. Staff at the desk were very unhelpful.
was ok, the staf is indian. its not 24 hours reception, they close the hotel in the evening, and whan you come back if the staf not sleep will be ok.
Only the location. Across the road from Nord so great if travelling by Eurail.
Breakfast was one croissant and one piece of bread, with butter and jam with juice and coffee. This was served only when you arrived so you could get nothing more and sometimes by the staff doing reception on another floor, some guests waited one hour to get their rations. Heating didn't exist. Regardless of asking a couple of times a day nothing changed. Hot shower. They decide when they will turn the hot water on so when you can shower or not and then 3 of our 4 days it was barely warm let alone hot. A week before winter.
location directly at large train station
According to duch, the road with many honking of cars. Since poor insulation of the window. is although cheap but very loud for paris. and room very cold and slightly heated!
Clean room Good stuff
Check in only at 4pm I spent 4 night in hotel, after second night I was bited by some insects! I have 57(!!!) bites on my body! We be ckecked the room, the beds, under beds-but couldn't find the reason, but now I can't go back to work because my face is looking bad coz of 8 bites on face! But my mum lived in same room and has nothing. If not this situation the hotel is perfect as the location is perfect - metro station and fast way to airport by rer. Supermarket is close to hotel. If you need good location and plan only to sleep in hotel and don't want to spend a lot of money - than it's good. Hope you'll be more lucky than me about insects.
Close to Train Hub!
Poor heating system and no comforters were provided.
Location Staff Clean room Towels, shampoo and soap in the bathroom
It was cold, as the heating was turned off during the nights Poor wifi signal Uncomfortable pillow No e-mail contact with the staff TV didn't work
Hotel is in a good location, walking distance form Gare du Nord (which makes things easy for those arriving by train). Rooms are okay: not so spacious, but very clean.
The wi fi internet simply does not work.
It is very close to Gare du Nord. (You can get there in 2 minutes. It's really right in front...) If you are taking eurostar to London, allow time to go through immigration.
The internet is spotty and our outlets werent working - but we brought an extension cord that plugged out to the hallway so we can charge our phones. If you absolutely need internet for business, do not go here. If you have international data roaming, it's fine.
