good location. Perfect connection from Airport via Roassy bus.

Rooms are very small. But if you use it just for sleeping and you will be out all day long..it is fine.

no suitable room for work, not a good chair at all (without lombar support) noisy street, need earmufs need to iron yourself your shirt and it got stained

Location of the hotel was good.

Bed in the hotel was quite bad..Also elevator was very small, only for one person and don't think that people with for example wheel chair could stay in this place.

The staff is really friendly. We could see the Effeil towor fom our balcony. The hotel is close to the metropolitan station CADET.

The hotel is too old and not really cleaned. The breakfast was poor and not good (croissants and pains au chocolat are not fresh ). The bed was not comfortable and the shower doesn t work properly

Proximity to everything - did my research and stayed at a couple of 3 star hotels around Opera and this was the best - being a smoker the small balcony with view was a bonus

It is a terrible hotel. There is unbelievable food smell inside the hotel all the time. Even in the rooms at fifth floor.

Location was excellent and the hotel was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

I particularly liked the friendliness of the hotel reception staff, they were very helpful in respect of my request for gluten free products at breakfast and local directions.

The noisy lift at all times of the day.

Good location , walking distance from gard de Nord station and la fayatte shopping mall. Staff very helpful. Lucky there is a lift for me when transferring the bag to the room. Kettle provided so that can have cup of hot drink in the room.

The hotel was well located for what we wanted,to be near to Montmartre and the Gare du Nord.The staff were polite and helpful. My wife left her scarf in the hotel and the lady owner(?) posted it back to us which I was very impressed with.

Freindly reception staff left luggage since It was Bastille Day and I couldnt take my luggage with me. This is an excellent hotel in a good place at a good price.

It is fairly conveniently located to two of the main metro lines. The concierge tried to be helpful, even with very limited english.

The rooms are very small, even their best superior room (with a balcony overlooking the eiffel tower) barely has room for the bed! The balcony only just holds a chair and seems quite precarious! Photos on the web are very misleading, and the whole hotel is fairly shabby - 2 star at most.

Charming, quaint hotel only 5 mins walk from Cadet metro station and 10 min walk from Gare du Nor. Building is old and some of the finishes were weathered in the room but this added to atmosphere. We had a lovely balcony, sharing a twin room which was perfect. Would stay here again if your looki g for a comfy 3star room, good in room facilities at a cheap price but not withy partner who looks for more modern, sleek surroundings.

Удобное расположение, в 10-15 минутах прогулочным шагом до Оперы; чисто убирали номера

Номер был абсолютно не такой, как на картинке при бронировании. За 7 дней заплатили 882 Евро, хотя подобные номера можно было забронировать и за 500-600 Евро в других отелях данного района.

Estupendo personal. Simple pero buen desayuno. Volveria al hotel.

La habitacion estaba muy mal iluminada, y el espacio era muy reducido. La ducha no tenía cortinas.

posizione ottima, 10 minuti a piedi da Montmartre, 10 minuti dall'Opéra, 20 dal Louvre. Vicinissime anche diverse stazioni Metro, la Gare du Nord. Molti ristoranti intorno. Staff gentile, stanze e bagni molto puliti.

Stanze un pò piccole, ma vivibili!

L'hotel è molto carino e devo dire che non ci sono state assolutamente sorprese, cosa che spesso purtroppo invece succede, le foto corrispondevano esattamente a quelle che poi si trovava nell'hotel. Ambiente caratteristico parigino, bagni rinnovati di recente, c'era tutto il necessario per un bel week end di coppia.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca ( ma non la considererei tale) la sala della colazione era un po' piccola e nel seminterrato in ogni caso era piacevole e discreta.

замечательное место расположение отеля. в ванной комнате хороший ремонт, есть фен, гель для душа , шампунь. уборка номера и смена полотенец ежедневно. очень вежливый и готовый помочь обслуживающий персонал.
