The only positive thing I can say about this hotel was that the area where it was located in the city was near the things we found of interest.

The room was a shoebox with only 1 foot of area around the bed. No bureau, no nightstand, nothing on which to keep luggage except the floor. The linens were dirty, no possibility of replacements, only one pillow per person, there was no curtain in the frosted window of the bathroom overlooking the street, no T.V. stations, no radio, no fridge. Breakfast was only a croissant and coffee at extra cost. Nothing else available. No room to move around at all. Someone had to leave the room for the other person to change position! Horrid.

The people working the desk were very friendly and helpful. helped me up 5 flights of stairs with my luggage and down again!

It did not mention that there was no elevator. The room was very basic, even though it was the less expensive option I was surprised at the low level of the room.

The hotel was central for our needs. Good location

The hotel was in poor decorative state although clean it was under certain construction. We had to climb past plasterboard in the hall way. There was no indication that our rooms were on the fifth ( 99 stairs) and sixth ( 118 stairs ) floors and no lift until after the owner had insisted we pay the bill in full on our arrival. We found a much cheaper, newly decorated and a lift within 100mtrs

It was in a great location

The decor was dire and not welcoming (wallpaper held up by borwn parcel tape) . Our rooms were on 5th and 6th floor respectively and there was no lift (99 stairs to bed for mum and 119 stairs for me!) - there was no lift and this caused problems as mum has back and hip problems. My room up on 6th floor was a "box" room under the eaves - not for the claustrophobic!

Excellent and quiet location in the heart of Paris.

Our room was on the 5th floor... without elevator. We knew this in advance, but still it is a long stairway;-) The staff, however, helped us with the luggage at arrival and departure.
