Premiere Classe Montauban  

It shared the same premises as the Campanile and therefore the restaurant too (10% discount for guests). The room was basic but serviceable with one single and one set of bunk beds. The aircon was very welcome as it was extremely warm outside. I love the breakfast too, the buffet was quite substantial for the price!

In this particular room, the bathroom was dreadful and falling to pieces!! However, the shower was brilliantly powerful and very hot, it was just a shame that you could only get about 10 mins in there before the the whole room flooded!

Very professional member of staff and a good breakfast. Town of Montauban lovely, well worth a look.

You get what you pay for: the room was even more basic, functional and dull than expected. Fine if you won't be spending much time in it.

The hotel was fine in so far as it served its purpose as a one night stop off. However, I would urge the management to look in to the issue of the lorries parking on the road outside with cooling units noisily running all night. I know it is not an issue with the hotel, rather ignorance on the part of the lorry drivers. The other grumble was the miserable attitude of the staff at the Campanile restaurant and the poor value of the food. Although there seems to be a link between the Premiere Classe and the restaurant due to the proximity, I would strongly suggest recommending guests to use the De La Tour restaurant just a few minutes walk up the road. It is friendly, cheaper, air conditioned and serves quality food. A totally different league to the Campanile.

Room enough for a short break during the journey, even for the family. Automated Booking easy and stress free. I recommend

L'insonorisation de la chambre, on entends les voitures comme si on était à coté. La propreté moyenne de la chambre.

Rien..C'etait terrible et vraiment a la limite du suportable

Tout: de la fréquentation de l'hotel, de la saleté de la chambre, du mauvais accueil, rien de rien...ce n'est pas la peine de faire des hôtels 2* quand le service n'est même pas celui d'un 1*....rien de rien...C'etait vraiment grave !

Hôtel extrèmement bruyant (autoroute à proximité), chambres très mal isolées phoniquement. A mon arrivée, le chauffage était réglé sur 30°. Même en arrêtant tout, il faisait une chaleur quasi insupportable dans la chambre, toute la nuit. Par ailleurs, ma réservation était inconnue à l'hôtel (problème informatique ???).

Proche de l'autoroute. SI vous n'êtes pas coté route vous n'aurez pas trop de bruit.

flaque d'eau sur le lino dans la chambre, une chaleur étouffante en arrivant alors qu'il pleuvait. Salle de bain inondée après la douche.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude au milieu de la nuit! La réceptionniste préférait son téléphone plutôt que de renseigner le client. La réceptionniste confond facture et récépissé carte bleu. Le comble une personne rentre dans ma chambre pendant la nuit! Bon séjour à vous!
