24-Hour reception and 5 minutes walk from airport bus, so convenient if you are arriving late in the evening. Also convenient for train station. Friendly staff.

The television which suddenly went on at a pretty high volume at 2 A.m when I hadn't even touched it since I arrived late... But apparently that had never happened before. Slightly overpriced for what you get, but I suppose it's a general problem in cities.

English: The staff speaks Spanish, and there is no noise in the rooms, as the rooms are oriented to a back patio. Català: El personal parla espanyol i les habitacions són silencioses perquè dónen a un pati interior.

Català: el cobrellit tenia dues taques clarament visibles (els llençols en canvi, estaven clarament nets).

it wasn't clear, when booking on line that I hadn't paid for the room; I thought I had. no inhouse snacks or drinks available, except at brealkfast time. I would have liked to be able to make a drink etc.

The location was very practical as we needed to be very close to the train station (5 mins walk from it). The main attractions were not far either. The room was spatious with all the basics in a simple but clean design. Our room was located at the back, so we had no noise problem. The breakfast was really nice too. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. There is also a very small but nicely designed and comfortable lounge area with sofas. There is a nightporter too at night. Very safe hotel too.

If you really need to have access to wi-fi, please be aware that this is not available in all rooms, and the signal strengh was indeed very poor in ours. However, this can be solved if you remain in the main lounge area.

Friendly, very clean, location - close to train and bus station. Spoke english. We were able to leave our luggage there before checking in. no problems

The hotel was located close to the centre and great restaurants.

The hotel shouldn't be advertised as a hotel, it should be a hostel. The room was very basic and the furniture and decor was very old! Staff did not speak English very well.

In general the hotel is clean and the personal is attent.

Perhaps a little expensive. I reserved a room without air conditioned, I didn't realized this aspect when I did the reserve. I had to pay 11 euros more for the air conditioned.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast was as well good and generally agood value for the money.

Very friendly and extremely helpful staff.Went out of their way to help us. Quiet, central and amazing breakfast for 9 euros. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Breakfast was very basic and cooked food was not topped up when it ran out.

Value for money, very quiet rooms for a city hotel

My room was clean, but very small and dark. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

The area is a bit dodgy, lots of prostitutes in the street at night. As said before, the room was very small, and opened on a tiny inside courtyard, and thus was extremely dark.

Ms. Sophie, the ever smiling and accommodating Hotel Staff, life at the Hotel was all worth the trip because of her ... I felt sad leaving the hotel withoutbidding her a good bye, I shall forever remember her kindness everytime I stay in a hotel for my future trip/s abroad. Sophie dearest, thank youso much, you are very much appreciated.

Staff particularly friendly & helpful & for this reason I would stay again. The breakfast was very generous and there was a great variety of choice.

Very friendly hotel administrator! Location is good, 3 minutes from Place Jeanne D' Arc. In hotel very long hall with save-energy sistem, so first time I felt uncomfortably myself before I found my room) Good 2 stars hotel.
