The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Cute hotel.
This hotel was in a wonderful location, near the tramway, parks, Old Nice and not too far from the beach or the station, with access to the rest of the Cote D'Azur, Monaco and even Italy. Everything we needed in Nice, as tourists, was within walking distance, which we did to take in the stunning city, but public transport was also good quality. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning (late-October in Nice is very warm) and the bathroom was adequate for our needs. We were not bothered at all by other guests. The WiFi was free and great quality. Our welcome was warm and the staff were happy to help: they looked after our luggage after we checked out because we had a later flight.
Breakfast is expensive, but there are nice boulangeries nearby offering food and drink at good value for money. On one occasion the staff were a little over-eager to clean the room, despite there being a 'Do not disturb' sign on the door.
The hotel is next to the Acropolis and near the tram line. Staff are very kind and helpful. A mall with walking distance and its easy to walk to the city center.
The wifi was good but sometimes its hard to get a signal. There was an extra bed in our room which was taking a large space of the room I would recommend to change it to a sofa that turn to a bed to save space and it would be more practical. In the morning a strong smell of toasted bread can be smelled in our room in the fourth floor coming from the breakfast buffet in the ground floor! The price of the breakfast is expensive!
location is good. Wifi is good. Hotel is clean and bed is comfort
the room is beside the road sometimes night time is very noise
It was clean
We were walked in on twice by staff, once with the do not disturb sign on the door. Room cleaning behins at 8am and the noise is terrible. Member if staff walked right into our room at 8.15 one morning.
comfortable bed Helpfulness of staff general cleanliness of room location near restaurants and station
no tea and coffee making facilities tired carpet
Staff were very nice and helpful.
-the bed was in my opinion quite good (harder than normally in France + good for the back) -we had soap, shower gel, hair dryer etc. provided by the hotel -nice bathroom -all receptionists were respectful, very nice and very helpful
-room too cramped (an extra bed, although one double bed would have been enough) -noise in the mornings starting at 6 am. Old wooden doors & no isolation. -generally clean, but we noticed details they just didn't bother to clean (really small things, and not places you would in general have a meal, but still)
Its location is quite central, easy access to the tram stop and the attraction sites. The neighbourhood seems pretty good as well, plenty of restaurants and patisseries nearby and also a mall. Although it's facing the main street, I did not suffer any disturbance from the traffic noises. Staffs are very friendly and attentive.
Rooms are extremely small. Although advertised as 15meter square, but it's much smaller than it appears because of the edges and walls. Very difficult to move around the room if you have big luggages. The carpet seems mouldy. Housekeepers knocked on my door twice in the morning after I have specifically told them not to disturb and clean the room when they first knocked.
Close to convention centre and old town. Comfortable hotel.
Breakfast not included and a bit expensive.
The hotel is right near the old city and the beach and port - as well as the tram line. The reception was great at advising us on where to go and how to get there.
The management deducted a second payment by mistake from my credit card and it took 10 days to come back in. They were not very sympathetic or reassuring about the process. I also had a massive headache and the reception was not prepared to help me get medication. A more caring attitude would be great.
Friendly staff, clean hotel, good wifi
Rooms face a busy street =lots of noise. No lobby
Practical and decent no frills option close to Acropolis congress. Bed was also comfortable.
WiFi was not as efficient and no meal option for a quick simple dinner.
We have got an a upgreaded room for the same price. Internet
Marion spoke good English, and was very helpful in suggesting shopping places, arranging a tour, and recommending things to do. The breakfast was included, and it was simple, but it was convenient and all that we needed.
We had a room facing the street, and there was a fair amount of street noise. Next time I will request an interior room.
Perfect for Couple, Young and old. Close to tram, couple of stops from old town where night life is lively 5 minute walk to bus or train for day trip to Monaco, Eze, Cannes etc Staff were exceptional. Tell you everything you need to know with good english.
Not on the beach but close enough walk to get to the old town, shopping, the port, etc.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All of them. A minute walk to Acropolis convention centre 2 minute walk to tram stop. Lots of restaurants and shops within minutes. Clean room Air conditioning was fantastic
located close to tram station, very friedly and helpful staff
rather thin walls, sometimes I heard noises from neighbouring rooms
located close to tram for easy access to town
no tea making facility in room
1 personal 2 location
I paid the amount but the system also blocked all price and will unblock after 30 days
