Hotel Relais Bosquet  

Staff were very welcoming. Clean and comfortsble rooms. Great proximity to Metro and Eiffel Tower.

The hotel has a welcoming feel to it and the receptionists are all so professional, yet warm in their greeting. It is comfortable, in a soft cushions sort of way!

Cojmpared to the amazing room (No. 12) which we had, quite randomly, last time around, our room this time was rather disappointing, in that it looked out on a street which was noisy and affected by late night revellers. (Room 12 looked over a tranquil courtyard.) However, everything else remained just the same - ie of a very high standard.

Great location. The staff was excellent.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good to be able to open the window without getting unwanted noise from traffic or garbage trucks.

The room was very small and tired looking. There was no view at all except straight into the front building. Being next to the lift meant all noise and talking was easily heard.

Double bed could be longer. Found it a tad short for 6 foot 2. Not a big problem though.

The location. Close to lots of places to eat and things to see and 2 blocks away from an excellent metro stop. It was quiet in the neighborhood and room. Had an amazing view of the eiffel tower out of our window! Very cozy and easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and always had a smile. The breakfast was expensive, 15euro a person, but it was delicious and even better to wake up to in your room! We would definitely stay here again.

In our room, the toilet was in a separate room from the tub and it was very tricky getting in and out of the shower. The shower glass door was blocked by a shelving unit and wouldn't open all the way. You have to turn sideways and squeeze yourself between the sink counter and door just to get in and out. Very awkward.

Can't think of anything really

I loved the location and the helpful staff. I thought the room and bathroom were lovely, stylish, and up to date. I appreciated having use of the computers in the hotel lobby.

Tiny elevator which was difficult to get our luggage into. The heavy curtains that separated the dining area from the hallway. I would have preferred a folding door or no barrier at all. I didn't appreciate being tracked down by one of the hotel staff members who "scolded" me for not leaving my room key at the front desk. I did not know this was the rule and, while I understand the importance for security reasons, I felt embarrassed and slightly offended.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and didn't mind me practising my French on them; the superior room was great; loved the electric shutters; locality was brilliant

The way you had renovated the rooms, particularly the new renovation at the smaller rooms in the building at the back (I stayed in room 18)

The bed cover in the executive rooms at the front building (I stayed in room 23). The bed cover was with a sheet and a blanket. I prefer a proper duvet, like you have at the smaller newly renovated rooms at the back.

Every things was great. Just wall or door of rooms thinkness, when waiter was cleaning other rooms, you think they are in your room! Even walking on top floor. Location, internet and receiption are great. Breakfast Was good.

One day , waiter came to my room, even I hang dont Disturb ! And also room cleaners were very noisy to other rooms.

They allowed us to check in earlier (we reached at around noon while the check in was after 3 pm). Also offered to keep our luggage after we had checked out allowing us to roam around freely. When we went to pick up the luggage, they also offered water, wifi and toilet facilities. Also the fact that it is at a 10 mins walk from the Eiffel tower!

The room was a bit small but no regrets since it was well kept and value for money.

Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. Great location! Hotel was very clean, lobby is comfortable with 2 computers for checking web email. I didn't do the breakfast inclusion with my room, but it looked good in passing. There is a bakery 10 steps from the lobby on the corner of the street that is excellent.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel in a good location. Can walk to Eiffel Tower. Safe area. Lots of restaurants close by. Also small supermarket, fruit and vegetable market, wine shops and good bakery. Quiet hotel. Good size rooms.
