Ski in ski out The accomodation was spacious and comfortable Really good ski lockers easy access to ski locker area Mairie Claire and her husband were very friendly The maid was around I would use it again 10 minute walk down hill to town and 20 minute walk back up hill! The introduction to the hotel and our room could have been more thorough - Marie Claire was a bit busy and we were on our way to get our ski hire

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were large & comfortable. A 20 Metre walk takes you to the Ski Slope so perfectly positioned. Marie Claire (the Owner), was extremely friendly & helpful. She Emailed me a couple of days beforehand to confirm arrival time & was there to welcome us. Ski storage room was available to us the day we left meaning that we could have a full days skiing whilst leaving our bags safely. Its a long walk bag up from town (15 Mins up a steep hill)! There is a ski bus available although we never made use of it.

Great Location Real understanding of customer needs and great support from the lady who mangaged the facility Excellent understanding of needs and great to be able to book for something other than 7 days - we made a late reservation and wanted to book for only 4 nights. Additionally we were not leaving for the airport until 6.30 in afternoon - manager very helpful in that we were able to leave our bags locked up until the evening so full days skiing available on the last day. Overall very good service and would definitely stay again and recommend to friends Thanks

I've been their for a ski vacation for a week in January 2012. We are not coming back. Despite several requests, the owner refused to clean the driveway, which was icy to an extent that we could not use the parking, and dangerous to walk. A ski hotel has to offer hot water and tea/coffee. Yett, the location is perfect for ski, and the room was clean.

Apartments were very clean and tidy. All the facilities required were provided, including logs for the fire.... Location is at the bottom of a (red) run and is only a short ski down to the Telecabine. Les Carroz has the feel of a small village whilst having a good selection of shops and resturants.

Clean, comfortable accommodation on edge of piste (bottom of a red run). Extremely helpful owner who did everything to make our stay as easy as possible, including organising our ski hire and ordering breakfast items delivered daily from the boulangerie. The residence has a ski and boot room with lockers and a private garage for secure parking. Skibus stops right outside if you don't/can't ski in / out, which takes you to the telecabine. The accommodation does not have a traditional chalet homely feel to it and was extremely quiet when we were staying, but this was right at the end of the season. There is no restaurant on site, which necessitates a trip into the town for meals ( or a very pricey hotel restaurant next door). I highly recommend a rental car if staying here - it's not essential, but avoids quite a long walk uphill from the town of Les Carroz.
