Great room, access to the slopes, friendly manager and staff value for money.

It would have been nice to have milk as well as tea and coffee in the room.

Excellent access to ski area. Good sized room, extremely helpful and welcoming owner. Peaceful location, accessible to village (15 min walk or free shuttle bus). Daily delivery from local baker of fresh bread/croissants.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, high standard accommodation. One of very few ski in/ski out from doorstep locations in Les Carroz. Very helpful and accommodating management.

Excellent rooms. Tea/coffee making facilities. Good TV although no English channels. Ski in/ski out. Ten minute walk into town in the evening. Marie-Claire is very friendly and helpful.

10 minute walk down hill to town and 20 minute walk back up hill! The introduction to the hotel and our room could have been more thorough - Marie Claire was a bit busy and we were on our way to get our ski hire

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were large & comfortable. A 20 Metre walk takes you to the Ski Slope so perfectly positioned. Marie Claire (the Owner), was extremely friendly & helpful. She Emailed me a couple of days beforehand to confirm arrival time & was there to welcome us. Ski storage room was available to us the day we left meaning that we could have a full days skiing whilst leaving our bags safely.

Its a long walk bag up from town (15 Mins up a steep hill)! There is a ski bus available although we never made use of it.

Nice clean rooms, and great access to slopes, ski in and out even in early April.

Appartement très spacieux, très bien équipé,au pied des pistes et avec une vue magnifique.Marie Claire est charmante et très disponible.

Dommage que la déco ne soit pas plus cosy.C'est très bien équipé mais ça manque de charme.

Clean, comfortable accommodation on edge of piste (bottom of a red run). Extremely helpful owner who did everything to make our stay as easy as possible, including organising our ski hire and ordering breakfast items delivered daily from the boulangerie. The residence has a ski and boot room with lockers and a private garage for secure parking. Skibus stops right outside if you don't/can't ski in / out, which takes you to the telecabine.

The accommodation does not have a traditional chalet homely feel to it and was extremely quiet when we were staying, but this was right at the end of the season. There is no restaurant on site, which necessitates a trip into the town for meals ( or a very pricey hotel restaurant next door). I highly recommend a rental car if staying here - it's not essential, but avoids quite a long walk uphill from the town of Les Carroz.

Marie Claire could not have been more accomodating or helpful. Arranging the ski-shop to pick us up in the morning and get us fitted then returning us to Hotel to truely Ski-In and Ski-Out. Marie Claire also organised for the basic provisions to be stocked in the kitchen as we arrived late and fresh croissants to be delivered each morning. It was so great my boyfriend cut his losses on the place he booked and stayed at Les Carroz d'Araches the following night. There was also fresh wood to make an open fire and having the apartment gave us a place to really relax after a day on the slopes. Was a short walk and a long stumble back from town but with limited taxis in the area location was close enough to get around.

I felt the reviews on trip advisor really undersold what was a great hotel for a ski weekend.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Great facilities for skiing as it is a genuine ski in ski out hotel. Rooms are a good size, clean and well maintained.
