Convenient location. Excellent restaurant for evening meal. Over priced breakfast which we decided not to take as the coffee came from a machine and it was a buffet style. We had paid for a room at the back overlooking the pool or the terrace but were shown to a room at the front on the road side. We complained and our room was changed but we had to pay an extra supplement for a room with a bath. The bath was very short and the grouting of the tiles was showing signs of black mould. No proper shampoo was provided just a body wash.

We would have preferred a room in the main Hotel, were not aware of the options, also would have liked to be aware of the option of booking a garage space. The food was surprisingly good an unexpected bonus.

We travelled with a family of 6 with children from 2 to 12 years. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and they were able to house us in 2 rooms. The restaurant in the evening was excellent. The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was disappointing. In particular, awful coffee machine!

The staff at the Hotel Residence are really lovely! We had such fantastic welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nissan Lez Enserunne is a great village and the locals are very friendly. We would happily recommend the hotel and village to anyone looking for an authentic French experience! Bonne vacances!

We booked a superior double room which was comfortable, clean and modern. The internet connection worked well the whole time which made our stay more convinient. The staff was friendly and very helpful, you could ask them for help in any matter and they would walk the extra mile to help you. Highly appreciated! The location did not work well for us as we needed to look at property in the Pyrenees-Orientales region, we had to travel far every day to reach our destinations. For people aiming to stay in the Beziers and Narbonne area, this location could work for you. The parking situation was a bit chaotic as your reservation does not guarantee you a spot in their garage. We cancelled our parking reservation and parked on the street every night, it worked out fine. The village is very small and there are only 2 restaurants and hardly no shops. You need your car for everything here.

The fact that there was a swimming pool and private parking though in a tiny village. The food was excellent... Delightful, varied dinner menu and very reasonably priced. Hospitality offered was also second to none. We ate there with the prix fixe-d menu and found it varied and much to our taste in a lively ambience the night we were there. As the pool side area was small , we were not able to get loungers , so had to opt to sit on terrace chairs. Having said that , it is rare to find a pool at all in such a reasonable priced hotel in a tiny hamlet.

The room was really big, clean and had lots of natural light. It was very tastefully decorated and even seemed soundproofed as you could not hear any outside noise. The free wifi in the rooms and hotel was a great convenience- and you do not need to ask for a password! We did not want to eat in the hotel as the fixed menu did not suit our tastes so they suggested a pizzaria close by (about 3 mins by foot)- they even made our reservation and gave us a table in the patio- beautiful! The food and service was more than wonderful there.- I highly recommend it! Parking for €10 was a bit pricey and the cars are parked by the owner because they have to be squeezed in, which could be a problem if you want to go somewhere by car after reception is closed and theres no one to get your car out. It seemed there was some parking on the street and the town seemed safe.

Fantastic modern rooms, great staff who made a real effort to speak english which mad eup for our poor french, located in a nice little town. We stopped there when driving down from Calais to Spain, the hotel owns a little pizza place up the road which is great. If you are driving tell them in adavance as parking is limited nearby. I will be going again!

The rooms were very clean. The manager and his staff were fantastic and the atmosphere very relaxed. The small terrace at the rear was great for relaxed dining and the food was very good. Overall a nice hotel in a small town, ideally located for exploring the region.

The staff were very friendly, although little english spoken. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel was very peaceful at night time. We had a meal in the pizzeria which belongs to the hotel a few streets away, which was good value for money. There is a public car park at the end of the street which is safe to leave your car in overnight. The breakfast was expenisve for what was on offer.
