we have stayed at this hotel several times. We like the atmosphere and the facilities they provide. the room is clean and well catered. It is pleasantly warm and friendly. The only disadvantage is the distance to the town centre, but the walk is good. The lights there are magical |

The setting is wonderful, Access to the beaches is good and local town. Free electric bus service is amazing. Walking or cycling around the area is lovely. The range of restaurants available is extensive and often good value. The lack of a comfortable lounge bar away from the play area i.e. games machines, pool and table football. However, the play area is an essential element to provide entertainment for others. |

It is good to be able to prepare and eat meals in the room and not have to eat out all the time. Excellant for a retired couple. Although the hotel caters for school parties, thet are kept in a separate section and have never caused us any inconvenience. |

It was great that you could seperate the kids bunk beds from the main studio/ bedroom . I thought it was going to be four beds in one room, being able to close a door between them made getting our 2 and 4 year old to sleep much easier and allowed us to stay up without bothering them. there was nothing to dislike about this hotel - it was very basic in its decor and furniture but set up well for a family with young children |

Very nice quite location and great value for the money, with helpful and friendly staff. Would stay again. The room needs to be redecorated ie: shower room did not have a shower curtain so water has sprayed onto the wall making it damp and smelly and the floor covering is trapping water as well. The bed linen is old as is the furniture. |

The Hotel is in a nice area, and was fairly good value for money for a family room. The Hippotel is next to a very noisy shooting range, which went on until dark and started again at 815am. The rooms are extremely basic, and no cloths or cleaning liquid were provided to clean the kitchenette so if you are staying here...pack some! |

Location was good for a young couple but if older will need a car to get into centre. It is about 30 mins normal pace walk. It is a nice walk . The room was clean but a bit smelly. |

The hotel was basic but clean and the staff friendly . We enjoyed the freedom of being able to self cater and come and go as we pleased. Nice quiet location and lovely to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon or early morning sun. Good family spot but bikes and/or car are a must. The catering facilities are a bit basic and as French do not do kettles - you need to take your own (thanks to your website and customer reviews we did!) A microwave oven would be a plus but not absolutely necessary and you need to take your own washing up liquid/tea towel as none are given. The hotel had obviously taken note of some of the comments people made as we did not have to hire cutlery, we were given a tray on arrival. |

The location was very good and the accomodation for a family of 4 was affordable and ideal on a budget. There was no kettle in the room which is a basic item these days. |

The hotel was in a good location and had a friendly feel. The food was OK and value for money, also the service was good. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were pleasant and polite. The room we had was OK except the shower attachment was not fixed to the wall very well, due I think to wear and tear and if we were staying for more than the one night I would have asked to be moved. |

Proximity to the beach, nature reserve, town. Approx 30 mins very pleasant walk. Secluded setting - lots of wildlife (birds, butterflies) right outside the door. Very pleasant English speaking staff. Coach party of English school children arrived the same day as us - they were rather noisy and badly behaved, but this was no fault of the hotel staff. |

It had everything we needed, but was still close to the centre of town to be able to walk to the bars and restaurants without using the car. |

For a short break for 4 OAP ladies, this was an excellent hotel. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the staff were pleasant and being able to self cater when we wanted to was a boon. The setting was peaceful and safe but we needed the car to get to the beach and town. |

Self-catering facilities were simple but excellent, quiet relaxing surroundings - we slept soundly. Ample, friendly bar on site, discreet and helpful staff. Stairs seemed dark - maybe there was a light switch we never found. Staff were unable to tell us about bus services near the hotel - they regretted there were no timetables available. Not their fault, but we were without a car so this information would have helped greatly. |

Helpful staff and clean rooms. Good for a stopover or few days but would not stay for long period as too far from town centre and beach as have young children. |

Les Jardins D’Ulysse is situated in the verdant countryside surrounding Le Touquet and is just 5 minutes from the local beaches and 5 minutes from the city centre. |
Set in the heart of the medieval city of Montreuil sur Mer, the hotel, which has been thoroughly refurbished, is housed in in a building built under Napoleon III. |
The hotel is situated on the sea shore, in the heart of Boulogne-sur-Mer, opposite the fishing port. |
The guest house Les Contes de la Bécasse welcomes you in the heart of a nice village, 10 kms from the Touquet. It is the ideal place to enjoy the North region of France its wide sandy beach. |
