Great Location Friendly staff

Hotel is old and wear and tear is evident

The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. On arrival we were given access to underground parking (for a fee). The rooms were brilliant with everything you would want - kettle, toaster microwave, fridge and dishwasher (we will take dishwasher tabs next time!!). Loved the balcony with views and the room had aircon which was most welcome. We had read that the hotel is situated in a noisy spot being next door to the casino and on a busy street, however we didn't notice it particularly and it certainly didn't bother us. The best thing of all was the location - right in the hub of things; cafes, bars, restaurants, etc. and it is right on the beach. I am already sorting out my trip next year!!!

I guess if I had to think of anything then it would be to suggest they leave a bit of washing up liquid in the rooms so we could wash up....we were only there for two nights so it wasn't worth our while buying a bottle. Not much can be done about this but one lift is a bit of a problem, though I am being terribly picky.

Very good position close to the beach and centre of Arcachon. Convenient to have cooking facilities. It would be very good for a family as there is a double sofa bed in the main room and bunk beds in the adjoining lobby. Well equipped kitchen area.

Our room was extremely noisy as it was right over a main alleyway to the beach and also the street cleaning etc started at 5am. We had air con in our room so we could shut our windows at night but our friends in the adjoining room did not so it was very either too hot or too noisy to sleep well. They asked to change rooms but it was not posible.The hotel is rather tired and shabby and the staff not particularly helpful. All in all it was not awful but we would not stay there again, despite it's very good location.

Close to the sea front and the town

Despite the website indicating that the rooms had air conditioning, one of the 2 rooms we were staying in did not have air conditioning which was a problem as the temperature outside was 39 degrees centigrade. Also, upon arrival, we were advised that we had to pay an extra €10 supplement for a third person in one of the rooms even though the website quoted a price inclusive for 3 people.

2mins from the beach Central and easy to find as you drive in, you do. Ot get stuck in the one way system Parking beneath, although you pay for it Family Room

Generally shabby room, needs major update, especially as it is not cheap. Cannot believe it is four stars! The room smelt unpleasant, stale urine?

Excellent situation - good clean appartment.

Wonderful girl on reception and all the other staff were friendly. Room was okay but I was in a bunk which wasn't overly comfortable.

Not the hotels fault but the street cleaners and bin men start at about 6am so don't expect sleep after that time.

Everything was really great!!!!Very clean calm and nice;All nessesary things are in the room. The appartment is comfortable, excellent for 3 persons;Location is just on the beach.Parking is in two steps from the hotel.Men on the desk was very kind and polite.He was always ready to help.

Ladies in the reception. One of them opened the door with her key, when our daughter was sleeping and showed our appartment to other clients. That was strange!!! And she didn't appologised.

It was very close to the beach and the town, and was very convenient. The room was as I expected form the images on the web site. The balcony was larege and very useful.

The room was a bit small to contain a kitchen area, table and chairs and a double bed. The bunk bed area was extremely smal, I would not like to stay there with a family. However my main complaint was that our room overlooking the street was extremely noisy, all the time.

The room is quite big and comfortable . It is close to the beach also very quiet.

L'emplacement.

2 personnes à l'accueil lors de notre séjour : l'une très aimable et à l'écoute des demandes, l'autre totalement désagréable. Regrettable dans un établissement se réclamant 4 étoiles.

L'emplacement, la surface de l'appartement pour 4.

La moquette très vétuste. La qualité du couchage n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles. Pas de prises électriques dans la salle de bain.

Studios très fonctionnels . Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Ne pas oublier de réserver le parking en faisant sa réservation !

Bruit vraiment gênant de l'appareil de climatisation; remarque en a été faite à l'hôtesse d'accueil lors de notre départ ; mais notre remarque à ce sujet n'était pas la première....

La situation, la disponibilité, la propreté, la qualité du petit déjeuner...juste ce qui faut...

Idéal pour passer quelques jours à Arcachon et ne pas dépendre des restaurants alentour.

Proximité de la mer, espace, entrée agréable, tranquilité.

La propreté, nous avons pris une deuxième nuit, les draps étaient tachés et mouillés et n ont pas été changés !! je suis scandalisée pour un hotel 4 étoiles, nous avons dormis dans un lit trempé, c est facheux.

Sa situation en centre ville et près de la mer. La chambre donnant sur le balcon.

la petite chambre, plutot placard, que nous n'avons pas utilisée, avec les lits superposés, sans fenêtre. Heureusement, les autres couchages suffisaient.
