Kyriad Hotel- Restaurant Carentan

Being disabled it was easy to park (although no disabled parking) and our room was on ground floor.

Quality of food (evening meal) was disappointing and could have been much better.

They were very kind to our late arrival (called ahead to tell them we'd be arriving later than expected), had someone who could speak English stay late to help us check-in. The room was great, bunk-bed for the kids which they loved. We decided to stay in the area another day which they happily extended our stay.

The internet wasn't very steady during our stay there.

The food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff was very helpful and the location was ideal for visiting Normandy

There was mold on the caulk around the window

The room was large and had a seperate bedroom with queen sized bed. Good for parents. Nice central location for visiting sites at Normandy (ie: Omaha Beach, Pont du Hoc, American Cemetery, etc.). Free parking was nice. The staff is nice and speaks some English.

The room was not very clean. Sheets were clean, but other bedding was not. Pillows were terrible. No bathtub for the kids and the tiny shower's drain backed up every time we used it, flooding the bathroom floor. WiFi was nice to have, but cost 3 Euro/hour. The room was very worn and shabby. The restaurant on site seemed nice, but was closed both nights we were there.

Ground floor rooms had only large windows so could not be left open, hjence room very stuffy

The combined resturant supplied excellent food and the staff were very pleasent. Being out of the centre of Carentan, it was ideally located.

Camere pulite e spaziose, cordialità dello staff, ampio parcheggio. Rilassante e tranquillo. Ottimo buffet.

Ficamos só um dia. Para nós o importante foi que era perto do que queríamos conhecer e o preço foi em conta em comparação com outros hotéis na Europa.

Estávamos em quatro pessoas, ocupamos dois quartos. Um era OK, o outro o colchão estava meio velho e o banho tinha variação na temperatura da água o tempo todo. Não sei se estão em processo de renovação ou porque esta diferença.

la literie n'est pas en tres bonne etat et ont transpire beaucoup a cause de l'alese en plastique. La chambre et la salle de bains etait petite . Manque de l'isolation (entend le voisin ronfler) .
