The room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Hotel was close to the city center. Hotel is place in a old neighborhood not nice at all once the night comes. The street is dirty and full of drunk people at night. |

staff were friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We loved the decor on the landings and in the dining room.We would happily stay there again even in the same room. Our room was in need of some redecoration and the carpet needed replacing. |

The location close to the city centre The breakfast served was of too limited. No fruits were served. The rooms were dark and lacked space. |

Die Lage des Hotels ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt von Straßburg empfanden wir als sehr gut. Die Zimmer waren schlicht eingerichtet aber sauber. Als Standort für Unternehmungen war das Hotel, in dem wir lediglich die Nacht verbracht haben, insgesamt in Ordnung. |

駐車場の位置がフロントに聞かないとわからなかった。駐車場のセキュリティーはしっかりしていますが駐車場狭い。プチプランスには徒歩圏内なので立地条件はいいが目の前をトラムが走るので神経質の方にはうるさくて落ち着かないホテルかも。 |

la posizione l'accoglienza, oramai non si usa più accompagnare i clienti in camera e tantomeno per parcheggiare l'auto nel garage dove ho trovato dei problemi in quanto essendo piccolo la mia macchina una 600 fiat col portapacchi si era incastrata dentro, se parlassero anche un pò inglese oltre solo al francese sarebbe meglio |

本当は他のホテルが良かったのだけど、空いてなくてここにしたけれど結果良かったと思う。というのも、1階にレストランが併設されており、そこで夕食を取ったがおいしかったし、同ホテル内ということで気もラクだった。２歳児の子供がいるので、可能ならばこの値段の中で用意できる広い部屋が希望、と備考に書いていたら、上階の広い角部屋、さらに、小さなバルコニーの付いている部屋を用意していてくれてうれしかった。スタッフは皆親切。 不満というほどでもないけれど、地球の歩き方にもこのホテルは紹介されていて、“静かな場所“と書かれてあったが、実際はトラムが前を通るので夜中までうるさい。上階だったのでまだ良かったけれど、下の階だったらすごくうるさいかも。 |

La proximité de tout, l'accueil sympathique, l'accès internet en wi-fi gratuit et fonctionnel, la propreté de la chambre. Personnellement, je n'ai eu aucun désagrément. Le tram qui arrête juste en face est certes un peu pruyant, mais pas de manière excessive, et ça ne dure que quelques secondes. Il est vrai aussi que l'insonorisation n'st pas forte, mais à ce prix, il ne faut pas trop en demander. Comme j'étais en période creuse, il n'y a pas eu de souci. |

Freundlicher Service. Gute elsässische Küche zu akzeptablen Preisen, auch beim Wein. Optimale Parkmöglichkeit gegenüber des Hotels. Am Rande der Altstadt gelegen ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fenster sind nicht sehr schalldicht. Kann im Sommer bei starkem Tourismusbetrieb in der Nacht zu Problemen führen. |

Ambiance très familiale, personnel disponoble, au coeur de la ville Attention aux chambres qui donnent sur la rue , le tram passe devant l'hotel et est très bruyant! |

Det var et rent og pænt værelse, og lidt større end man ville forvente til den pris. Personalet var venlige og imødekommende; f.eks. fik jeg adgang til værelset før tjek-ind tid. |
