Excellent location; The sea view room had a great view of the bay.

Hotel is rather "tired"; in need of a facelift!

This is a lovely place. Tony the owner, and Marco were very helpful. Spoke enough English to assist me quite well. Suggest you travel light and walk from train, or definitely spend the 10 euro each way for taxi to the hotel, then it's very easy to walk up and down the hills to get around, or catch the 1 euro bus to Nice or Monico, right outside the hotel.

Te hotel; whilst small and outdated, did possess a certain amount of charm. I must say that a new carpet and a bit of decorating would improve the place greatly. The bedroom was very small but had character, a nice balcony and a pretty, although smelly, en-suite. The staff were friendly and polite. All in all it represented fair value mor the price.

Not a bad location. Air conditioning was new. Helpful friendly staff. Excellent locale to get a bus to Monacco. Go early! Reasonably quiet.

No lift for people only luggage. We were three floors up. No extra pillows provided in room. Decor could do with a make over. Not close to the beach.

Hotel is old but had a nice and modern decoration. Rooms are spacey and comfortable, hotel stuff very friendly and helpful. Good location too.

No elevator for guests but only a tiny one for your luggage, breakfast not included in the price.

Friendly and helpful staff. Able to advise on local points of interest and activities including local restaurants etc.

The location was at the edge of the old town of Villefranche which is beautiful and so this suited us well.

The reception area does not make a great impression, it is grubby and the old carpets are a real turn off. The room was better and the balcony and aircon was its saving grace.

We liked the location, friendly proprieter and staff. This was our third visit and we knew that the facilities would be basic but reasonably comfortable. The hotel is tired looking and would benefit from a facelift outside and in! Breakfast was a very good continental breakfast with good variety. Location is ideal for beach, Nice and Monaco, and local restaurants. Buses and trains run from close by. Transfers from and to Airport could be done by Public Transport at a current cost of two euros per person!! Most fares are a euro per journey.

not even close to your description no y-fy, the room looked like a prison cell,no elevator with a 4 floor walk up, just an overall flop house.....

The rooms balcony was onto a very busy , noisy road. The beds were very small and uncomfortable and the whole interior of the hotel was poorThe quadruple room was like a small double

Avons apprécié l amabilité du personnel. La patience du gardien de nuit à nous attendre à l arrivee jusqu à bien tard. Avons aussi apprécié le grand balcon et la situation de l hôtel dans la ville. Calme. Il y a de bonnes fenêtres isolantes. Le propriétaire à une bonne réactivité. Les imperfections sont prises en compte et réglées.

Pour les détails. Par temps de pluie villefranche présente un souci de canalisation qui se repercute dans l établissement. Maintenir les.bouchons sut les écoulements baignoire et lavabo résoud le problème. À l.occasion un rafraîchissement des peintures chambre et du tapis escaliers, ainsi que le remplacement du lavabo seraient un atout de plus à l hotel qui n en reste pas moins agréable pour autant.
