Staff was helpfull and accomodating while I checked into my perminant housing at the local Institut de Franche

WIFI went down for quite a while without explaination. Doors lock at 12:00 without explaination.

The convenience of public transport for visiting surrounding areas.

The room was small, the mattress on the bed was soft and uncomfortable, to toilet was slow to flush and was not fitted correctly to the wall. In addition, it was difficult to take a shower as the shower curtain did not fit correctly therefore the floor became drenched if you did not hold the shower head whilst trying to wash. Also, there was no balcany. Furthermore,the room was cold and it was difficult to try and work the heating/air conditioning unit and there where no additional blankets or pillows. Lastly there where no complimentary soaps, shower gels or shampoos not to mention tea and cofee making facilities.

This is a very nice hotel. In my room there were two balcoons where It was possible to look at the magnificent view that Villefranche offers. Small and charming, it is possible to have a rich breakfast in the morning.(not included in the price of the rooms but worth while)

The lift is very very small but I suffer of claustrophobia and I never use lift when I can so it was not a problem for me.

The hotel was great value for money. We had a spacious clean family room only 5 minutes walk from lovely restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was simple and good.

We booked 7 hotels through your website alround the same price and find that this hotel by some considerable margin by some distance. The ranking of two stars is a joke and would struggle to make one star. The hotel is poor in the exterior apperance, the bedrooms were beyond basic with old poor furniture and fittings, except the TV. This hotel should be removed by Booking .com from its portfolio of hotels.

The comfortable bed, this can never be underestimated. Too many cheap, modern, 'hard' modern mattresses around. The room was tastefully decorated with lovely beds. Easily pleased hey!!! Marco on reception was really helpful too.

Not particularly. We do have a question though. Why is it described as 3 star on this site and then when you get to the hotel, it is clearly marked as a 2 star? For your information, it is the best 2 star we've ever stayed in, we'd vowed through bad experience to try to never go 2 star again in France, so maybe it was just as well you described it as 3.

The helpfulness of the owner, who was very informative. The breakfast was good.The situation was very good.

Some of the rooms were very small, not even anywhere to put a suitcase!

Hotel was clean and room serviced daily. Sea view was lovely as promised. Staff were very helpful regarding advice on sightseeing etc. Ground floor areas were nice , ie dining room and foyer area.

I feel hotel requires serious updating in decor and had a very downmarket feel to it. Our room was extremely small for a double room and the bathroom was tiny. Overall I expected much more for almost 100 Euro per night.

Good position. Very convenient for public transport particularly the amazing value number 100 bus. Better than average breakfast

Tycker att frukostpriserna i Frankrike är generellt hutlösa och speciellt utbudet på detta hotell, dock hade man löst detta på ett bra sätt genom en kaffeautomat.

Gick inte att skriva mer i rutan ovan, tillgången till minibarskåpet användes för att lagra livsmedel till frukost och närheten till affärer var bra.Rummet var kanske i minsta laget och även balkongen.Hade problem vid utcheckningen genom att registrerade för högt belopp, som jag upptäckte för sent därför blockerades mitt kreditkort och medförde vissa problem vid hemresan
