Very close to Lourdes from the side entrance. Rooms though old are big and spacious which is unlikely of hotels in Europe. There's a lift and wifi zone in public areas which are certain basic amenities that you will rarely find in hotels in Europe. Old and a bit smelly. Hotel needs to renovate. |

There is no airco in the rooms and the hotel doesn't have fans. The rooms offer no views and are in dire need of updating. |

Location was excellent: grotto was within a five-minute walking distance right down the street. Dinner and breakfast were a joke. Dinner: 16.50 Euros for tastless noodle soup, pork slices, meat and dessert. Breakfast: 8 Euros for bread, cold-cuts (2 varieties only, by the way) and (watered-down) orange juice or coffee. Hotel staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Parking was too small for cars to move around in. Do not get a big car if you plan on parking there. There is a parking garage right next door but at twice the price of what the hotel charges. |

We used the Hotel for a base to explore the area, the rooms were reasonably quiet but were very basic. Breakfast if taken was very basic, Large Dining room but difficult to find a clear table to use, Cannot comment on Dinner as we chose to eat out as dinner was only served between 1700 and 1800hrs |

The location was great. For the price the room was great. Cleanliness was excellent and the staff were lovely. We paid for half board. The food was comically bad. Absolutely awful. I'd highly recommend anyone not taking the evening meal. Breakfast was just about sufficient. Bread, croissants, cheese and cereal. |

Good location and outdoor parking however it would probably be better to pay and park in a parking station at least it is undercover. Far too expensive for the type of room offered. No shower curtain, no power points for plugging in laptop, no bar fridge. Should be cheaper. Extremely basic. We booked a room for 4 people and they didn't even provide enough towels to accommodate us + the cot we asked for wasn't ready on our arrival. |

we had booked a triple room at the hotel. However, we arrived there early in the morning and the triple room was not yet vacant. So the hotel gave us a 4 person room at no extra cost.Excellent location: It is very close to the sanctuary |
