good location, basic room, quite clean a little bit run down Very thin walls - The cleaners start cleaning/talking outside your room at about 7.30/8am, they are very very noisy - also there is a massive construction site across the road. Looks like it wont be finished in the next year at least - even with double glass its very noisy. So noise is an issue but if you are getting up early anyway then it wont be a problem! |

The location was convenient and the staff was helpful. Bathroom was modern and attractive, room was small, but fine. Everything in the room worked, even the bedside reading lights. An old hotel, but attractive. The toilet didn't work properly and the bed was unusually small compared to other European hotels. It seemed a little expensive for what we got, but no real problems - it was quite adequate for a short stay. Receptionist spoke good superficial English, but many of our questions obviously were misunderstood and we weren't able to get the answers we needed. |

Investigating the Latin Quarter There was no information in the room about hotel services. There was no choice about change of bedsheets etc. The bathroom was tiny. The shower was inadequate. The windows partially opened and were obstructed by the bed. |

The location was excellent It was very noisy. There were wooden floors everywhere and this caused a lot of noise. Also, the maids would start cleaning at 8.30 and there was a lot of banging. |

Good location, friendly and english-speaking staff, good service, double-room had a fine size for us, bathroom was fine. Room had a safetybox!!!! Very good. I will stay there again next time Only thing I wish there could be better, is thicker walls and doors. You can hear everything what´s happening in next door. |

Easy walk to Seine and Notre Dame. Metro station very close.Alot of cafes nearby. The room for 3 was really a double room with a single bed sqeezed in which meant there was not alot of room to move. |

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the location was so convient. I would have really liked a real pillow(!) rather than just a traversin and perhaps an armchair to sit in to watch tv; there were 2 chairs and a table, but you couldn't see the tv from there. |

It was a convenient location in the city. Extremely small, noisy, old, and tired. |

Excellent location and reasonable price (for central Paris), friendly staff. Small rooms,no air conditioning and very noisy with windows open but to be expected at this price in Central Paris |

Friendly, attentive staff. Ideal location, close to Ile de Cité, cafés, markets, metro. Clean, safe room. Free internet access. The €6 breakfast (petit déjeuner) was a bit sparse: coffee, bread, croissant. Instead, I would recommend one of the nearby cafés. |

Staff were very friendly, checked us in straight away and immediately pointed out our location on a city map and showed us our nearest transport links. Cheap and cheerful, would certainly come back. Room was small (but big enough) clean, ensuite and the shower will give you a couple of minutes fun trying to work out the controls. |

Great location! Very close to Notre Dame Cathedral and to Cardinal Lemoine subway station. The room was large and comfortable with a large, clean bathroom and it had a lovely balcony . Overall, it was great value. The hotel is situated at a very busy intersection so the noise from the traffic is very loud when the windows are open. If staying during the summer months keep this in mind as there is no A/C. When the windows are closed the noise is minimal. |

Hotel Home Latin has the advantage of being located in an exceptional district right in the heart of the latin quarter. |
Opposite the Jardin des Plantes (botanical garden) and Natural History Museum, the Timhotel Quartier Latin Jardin des Plantes benefits from a central location in the lively 5th Arrondissement. |
Located halfway between Jardin du Luxembourg and Le Panthéon, the hotel was renovated in 2008, and offers a quiet and cosy atmosphere in the heart of Paris. |
Friendly and comfortable property located in a pedestrian street of the historic and touristic Latin Quarter and Notre-Dame area. |
