Room was a good size Comfortable bed Elevator! staff at reception 20 hours /day

Thin walls! Lack of aircon not a problem for us but would be in summer as windows open to noisy street

It is right in the middle of the city. Very accessible. People work there were very friendly and helpful in every issue.

Great hotel and a value for the money in Paris. Wonderful location with lots of bars and restaurants close by. Staff was extremely accommodating. A great hotel experience.

The location in the Latin Quarter, close to Line 10 and 7 metro stops at Cardinal Lemoine and Jussieu, made our Paris Pass package so easy to use to go anywhere in Paris on a whim or a fixed itinerary. The staff was very friendly and helpful and good places to eat were nearby, especially the Breakfast in America a few steps away. Yes, pancakes with crispy bacon still beats a croissant with cheese, even in Paris!

Location was perfect.10 minutes walk to Notre Dame, Pantheon, Sorbonne. Two metro stations within 300 m. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms. Old furniture and marginally clean surfaces. bed linen torn apart from use. Not worth the money compared to hotel quality-price relation in other European capitals (e.g. Berlin)

The location of the hotel was just perfect! Only a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and very close to the metro.

The staff were very unfriendly when we arrived and showed little welcome. The water pipes in the bathroom made an extremely loud noise whenever someone in the room next door used turn their tap on/flushed the toilet/used the shower. Also the staff were very loud early in the morning outside of the rooms when they were delivering breakfast to the other guests.

The hotel entrance was attractive and well-designed with a seating area. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, in particular the receptionists didn't mind speaking a combination of French and English, and were very helpful especially with regard to helping us book taxis. Location excellent, very near Notre Dame (5-10 mins walk) and nearby metro stations. There was also a wonderful restaurant opposite that was happy to serve us take-away tea and coffee. The bathroom facilities were good and the room service breakfast was good value and excellent (bread, croissants, cheese, jam, butter, orange juice and hot drink). We were given a very warm welcome but the experience also felt very French, which is what we were after!

I really would like the ability to make tea/coffee in my room, although I realise French hotels very rarely offer this.

It is 20 minutes to St. Michel and some metro and RER stations

The location is excillent ! 10 min to Notre-Dam, 10 min to Pantheon , quite , safe and nice surrounding. Close to Cite and Saint - Germen .Merto is around the corner . free Internet was no bad.

The single room is too tiny and poor decorated. Shower is no bad , but there is no hang or shelf to put soup or sponge. Lack of outlets in the room to charge cellphones and other devices. The permanent lack of heating at morning and electrical shortages

in the room we had power outlets were not by the bed, which is not very convenient for connecting/loading laptops, mobile devices and cameras.

The location of the hotel was very good with two metro stations in close walking distance.

Bedroom was tiny and stuffy and very uncomfortable. the TV did not work and the walls where paper thin, you could hear every move of other others coming in late.
