Personnel à la réception très disponible, chambre très bien meublée quoique trop peu illuminée (luminaires insuffisantes). Salle de bain propre, toilettes séparées. Piscine dans l'hôtel. Navette privée pour accéder aux pistes. Buffet petit-déjeuner. La carte du menu du restaurant n'est pas changée pendant une semaine, donc forcément cela se répète un peu. En plus, pour les enfants en âge ado (10 à 14), la carte peut se révéler un obstacle (pas trop à leur goût, j'ai mangé 2 fois à l'extérieur). La lenteur du service parfois au restaurant et la qualité, somme toute, juste correct du menu n'incitent pas forcément, à postériori, à choisir la demie-pension.

Formule all exclusive : boissons et repas, Goûter très agréable au bord de la cheminée spa : jacuzzi / sauna / hammam après le ski Température trop élevée dans les chambres, malgré les chauffages éteints. Chauffage au sol trop fort donc difficile de dormir avec cette température

poloha hotelu, vyhled z hotelu, prijemna obsluha v restauraci, dobre jidlo, prijemne posezeni u krbu, kazdy den uklid pokoju, pujceni zdarma zupanu a osusky do sauny, mozne parkovani kousek od hotelu zdarma... primo u hotelu zastavka ski busu. ikdyz pisi ubytovani az od 17.h, dorazili jsme driv a nas pokoj byl volny, tak nas uz v 15.h nechali ubytovat. wellnes by mohlo byt modernejsi, ale v pohode.

Tijdens ons verblijf was er v/d kankerstichting de Alpe d'Huzes wielrijders geweldig om dit mee te maken. De kamerprijzen v/h hotel waren verdubbeld tijdens Alpe d'Huzes. Jammer, anders waren we er langer gebleven. Vandaar de beoordeling v/d kamer slecht.

Het meest hebben wij genoten van de locatie want wij zaten met de Alp dHuzes boven op de finish en dat maakte het voor ons heel bijzonder. De prijs kwaliteit vehouding vonden wij niet leuk

Le barman est très gentil ... même s'il n'a pas de café décaféiné ... L'hôtel n'est pas d'un niveau 4 étoiles, mais seulement 3 étoiles. Le service est largement déficient (chambres non faites à 16h de l'après-midi, services à table interminables ...)
