Staff friendly and helpful Breakfast OK Close to buses, metro
Bedroom floor sloped Painters accessed our room without advising us Sound of flushing toilets so loud and frequent at night Noise from next rooms annoying
Staff were all helpful and friendly and all spoke English to a good standard. Rooms were very clean and fresh towels everyday Breakfast was reasonable value for money 6 Euros
The double bed was a bit small but to be honest any budget hotel would be the same. You had to leave your keys at reception when you went out and collect it on your return. However if the reception staff had changed by the time you came back, it wasn't clear to me how they knew you were genuinely the guest. I never felt unsafe once in, but I wouldn't leave any valuables in the room.
close to metro station big toilet area staffs are generally helpful
noisy at night, its located in the red light distirct!? many sex toys shops nearby wifi is slow n requires log in everytime it disconnects itself
Close to Montmartre and to Pigalle metro station so easy to get anywhere in Paris. Musicians might like to know that the hotel is on "Guitar Street" so there are many music shops well stocked with every kind of instrument on this street and others nearby. Plenty of eating places and a small bar and a boulangerie close by. Excellent breakfast -- very good value at 6 euros.
Wi- fi hard to connect to.
Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Location is very good, just few minutes from metro and bus station
Noise from street. Even with closed windows it was quit noisy
The hotel is very simple but the location was great, our room was clean and tidy, and staff was friendly and helpful.
The walls between the rooms are a bit thin, you can hear your neighbours. But the fact that the room was kept tidy and clean did overrule this minor defect.
We stayed 10 nights at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they gave us a map and circled all main attractions and were ready to answer all of our questions. The room was a good value for money and was very clean every day. The location was the best of it. With 2 metro lines and buses it was easily accessible from all over town. We would choose it the next time when travelling to Paris:)
The only thing we didn't like is that the “double“ bed was two single put together so there was always a gap in the middle which was quite uncomfortable.
The hotel has an excellent location.
If you have a room next to street, it would be too noisy.
Under renovation very noisy..very upsad the front staff (specky) liar regarding shuttle to paris gare du nord..he says driver charge 40 euro, after arrive drive want charges 70 euro..
Undergoing renovation. Repeated Power failures. Noisy neighbours.
Location, Cleanliness, readiness of staff to assist
The really tight space of facilities: room, elevator, stairs
The room was clean enough and we got toiletries refilled every day. We had heating and this was nice as we had bad weather. The location is very nice, very close and walking distance from Sacr Cour.
The first impression you get when you arrive is not very good as the front desk was messy, dirty, and was being constructed, there were construction men working with hammers and plaster, and this was strange when we got there. The staff was not very kind to us, some of them tried but they were not as nice as we would of liked. The room and beds were very very small and this was not so comfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the shower is very very small and it is not comfortable because of this!
The location, a nice restaurant nearby, metro nearby, etc.
the location is very good and the room was cleaned every day
the entrance was being renovated and looked like a construction site the walls were too thin, you could hear everything spoken in the next room
The reception was under construction, the wifi never worked out.
Staff was wonderfull and thank you very much for their hospitable
It will be batter if the breakfast was included
They did not clean up the rooms. The only thing they did is giving us new towels. But everytime they did, their dog came into our room.
Really good location next to Pigalle metro station; friendly staff
Bad sound isolation, very small room, corridor renovation took place during our stay; it would be nice to have a kettle and a vase for flowers in the room
welcome is very warm, staff gives us advices of travel in Paris patiently. Breakfast room is good.
room is a little small. noisy because of renovation works
Price, location, breakfast, staff
WIFI awkward and intermittent Street noise late into the night (street side room) Lack of control of corridor/ stairway noise from groups returning late
Location first of all. Also minimal, but quite satisfying, comfort for a reasonable price. An unmistakable French - Parisian - flavor around this tiny, clean and pleasant hotel.
French style, or not French style, but a normal breakfast should, in my view, include eggs in at least one form. A breakfast without an egg (or with an egg for a special price) can be enjoyed with more pleasure outside hotel, in one of the cafes around Pigalle.
very near to metro station PIGALLE ,comparatively cheap, supermarkets and many restaurants nearby,10 min walk to Garedu Nord, good heating system.
small room with average facilities, just enjoy the city and come for sleep, bad internet ,it keep disconnecting ...bathroom small and drainage problem,,,its two star hotel not three
Central location. Met my budget expectations.
Rooms are small but clean and tidy.
Friendly, helpful staff. Convenient transport links.
Would have preferred double bed instead of twin beds!
