We demanded a third bed for an adult(we payed extra for it) and the bed was extremely small.

I dont like when the cleaning lady wake me up at 9.00am, when I only have to check out at midday.

We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children who just needed to stop overnight during a long journey. We received a warm welcome by reception staff who spoke excellent english. In fact all the staff we dealt with during our stay were wonderful. Our room was warm, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a kettle provided in our room so it was very nice to be able to make ourselves a hot drink before going to bed. We had a great night sleep and in the morning enjoyed a very good buffet breakfast with a great variety of food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Big room, very comfortable bed. Just one stop from the city center. I paid 45 euros for one night, so worth it.

The buffet breakfast was very basic and "cut-price" The fruit salad was tinned and I wish I'd chosen the coffee & croissant option.

Easy to park

The hotel is a two minute walk to the metro station. Very convenient.

There is not a lot to do near the hotel, but that is not an issue as Vieux Lyon is a 5 minute metro ride.

Big but comfy hotel in a slightly surprising location. But easy to get to the old town fron here. Good restaurant, also has a lyonnaise nenu, which is to be recommended.

You should be aware that the breakfast coupons will be paid separately, and it is not a good value for money especially if you order room breakfast.

The staff were helpful and friendly and the lifts were accessible and fast. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very close to the metro station and Vieux Lyon is only one stop away.

There is a great selection of food for breakfast in the restaurant but it is rather expensive (13 euro) if you only want a coffee and cereal. We did not try the bar, and that may have suited me better.

Location was a little outside the city centre but only 1 metro stop from the old town. Style of the rooms was a little dated - not very modern.

The subwaystation was close. The roomservice was exellent, and there was no extra charge for that. The hotelpersonal spoke very good english, and they were friendly. Parking possibillity.

The breakfast was not worth the price. Extrabeds weren't very good. The room had a stale smell in the beginning.
