The location is very good.

Facilities and windows are in the noisy street and not comfortable to sleep, noisy all the time. But if to close the window and to use condition, than it;s all right.

The location to downtown Cannes and the French Riveria is great.

We had to ask for the a/c to be turned on. The room was ridiculously tiny, the bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. The shower wasn't big enough to bathe a dog in. If you bent over to wash your lower legs or feet then your rear end touched the walls of the shower, which were gross to begin with. One of our "chairs" didn't even have any fabric on the seat cushion. There were no other plugs in the room to charge electronic devices. The "fridge" was not cold at all, totally useless. This place was way overpriced for the quality. Can not believe this is located in Cannes!

Friendly staff, excellent location, even though it was near the station and on a busy street, it was very quiet.

Couldn't control the air conditioning so the room was a bit cold for me.

Cute room close to train and everything in town. Good for those looking to party in cannes (which i highly recommend)

The only advantage is the low price in respect to other hotels in Cote d'Azur

Very little shower, without any protection for to avoid water in the floor. The price for the breackfast (8 euro) is too high for that you eat

Sa proximité du Palais des Festivals. L'accès à toute heure. L'amabilité des concierges.

La vétusté du mobilier et des aménagements. L'absence de confort de travail dans la chambre : pas assez de prises électriques, fauteuil pas adapté à la table (position trop basse), wifi payant et instable (c'est gratuit chez Mc Donald's!) ; L'odeur de tabac dans la chambre. L'absence de salle à manger pour prendre le petit déjeuner à plusieurs.

La pulizia della camera non era proprio al top, trovati dei capelli sul pavimento; il bagno in camera piccolo e senza bidet (anche se mi rendo conto che quest'accessorio è pressoché sconosciuto fuori dai nostri confini nazionali, devo dire che, con mia sorpresa, mi era capitato di trovare un bidet nel bagno di un piuccolo - ma ben accessoriato - hotel dove avevo soggiornato l'anno passato ad Antibes, la qual cosa mi aveva fatto sperare che, data la vicinanza dell'Italia, da questa parte della Francia ci fosse un a frequentazione un po' più assidua del pezzo...)

Posizione centralissima a pochi passi dal mare e in pieno centro cittadino, accessibilissimo per chi si sposta in treno, infatti l'"hotel" rimane vicino alla Gare sncf di Cannes. Alla Reception personale disponibile e simpatico.

Aspetti negativi gravi non se ne trovano se questo hotel venisse utilizzato solo come giaciglio per dormire. Pulizia frettolosa...forse dovuta al fatto che al nostro arrivo la signora delle pulizie stava lavorando altrove e non aveva ancora preparato la nostra camera. Chi fa la doccia allaga tutto il bagnetto che è senza areazione.
