This 3-star hotel is in the heart of Nice, in a pedestrian area just in front of Nice Etoile shopping center. Promenade des Anglais and the beach are a 10-minute walk away.

Location is second to none without the silly price tag of the other hotels in the area
pillows to hard for me
The hotel's standard is not on par with other budget hotels I stayed in France but the rate is more expensive. The room gives a typical home room feel, nothing exceptional. The location and friendly staff is the only selling points of this hotel.
Home like room
location was great and staff friendly.
hotel has no proper entrance.situated on 4th floor of apartment block.has no bar breakfast room .needs complete make over but staff were pleasant and helpful.wouldnt call this a hotel as advertment is very deceiving.also rooms tiny and balcony very small.
The place was clean, close to the beach, and very cute! I would highly recommend it to anybody!
Fantasic location Very nice staff Excellent value for money
Main complaint is outside noise Try for a room at the back as the restaurants are very noisy till early in the morning
Location, wi-if good
Thin walls, you can hear everything from other rooms, bathroom tiny
breakfast, light room, cleanliness, convenience to market & price
market noise at 5:00, but that is what it is, part of the experience
Good location and wi-fi. Friendly staff
Hard bed Small shower
This place was conveniently located in a primo part of town. The stay was Superb
Location was excellent
The entrance need a liitle more cosmetic appealing
Exceptional price, and you are situated in the centre of Nice.
The staff exceeded all our expectations. Best location in town. AC was a real life saver at the time of our stay in Nice.
The room was very cramped and the toilet and sink located in a cupboard. The room furniture was cheap. There was a lot of street noise until after midnight and only a net curtain to block out residual light. I did not feel at all like I got value for money from this booking. I would not recommend it.
I loved the location and the view of my room overlooking the street. It was so fun to sit on my balcony and watch people below. The wifi worked great and the room was good for a single person. The staff were very helpful in giving recommendations for things to do and places to go. It was also nice that the hotel has an elevator.
The bathroom is really small, with very poor lighting. And the carpet in the room was very thin, had stains, and needed to be replaced. Otherwise, the high ceilings, French window, and light colors in the room kept it nice!
Location!!! Shops, restaurants, old town, beach...everything near you. Very helpfull and frendly staff. We checked in early and got room immediatly which was more than we expected becouse the hotel was fully booked. This hotel definetly is value for money!
Lift is really tiny. Decoration has seen better days. Light mildew odor at the corridor.
This hotel is very central to bars and restaurants and shops, and a 2 minute walk from the beach and 5 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
Very minor point - reception is only staffed until 8/9pm so if you arrive late have the hotel phone number handy to ring for door codes etc.
The location couldn't be better! Very clean, simple place to spend your vacation. We can definitely recommend!
It was difficult to get in the first time. No one opend the door even tought we played the doorbell several times.
Location was great
Bed very hard (fold away cot not a real bed)
Our hotel room was just fine. The german translation on Booking.com is incorrect in that it states that ALL rooms in the hotel are on the 5th floor and have a balcony. The room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and did not have a balcony or beach view. We had a small cleanliness problem with the sheets, but when we contacted the reception they were very helpful and immediately replaced the sheets and gave us a discount on the room.
The floors smell a little funny and are not very comfortable to walk on without shoes.
Everything was perfect.
Can't say a bad word. I was very impressed.
Cool room, Huge patio, good location.
- Very friendly personnel (after 9 PM no personnel; entrance by codes) - Wifi worked ok - Bathroom renovated (although shower did not give much water)
Had room 14 with the largest available terrass (I think) in this hostel with ok scenery to the opposite buildings, roofs and beyond. Yet, sharing this terrass with pidgeons for some time of the day did not offsett the following: - bad urine-like smell in the room (maybe it was the smell of the awfull cheap reed carpet but who knows) - shower which was adjusted to give only very very weak water stream (takes long to wash hair) - noise from the most popular tourists street below and from the conversations and tv-watching in the other rooms taking place till 5 am - narrow double bed with high uncomfortable pillows - scary elevator and narrow stairs to the room level - cheap, ugly and basic room deco Chose the place mislead by the very good grades given by the previous visitor. This was not our first visit to Nice, and I know that with 100 euros or 110 euros/night without breakfast one can have much better places (hotel room) to stay overnight in Nice. The room is worth at most half of that for double. The worst experience during our trip to France. Avoid.
Pleasant room. Very comfort location - lots of cafes and shops nearby. True french restaurant just on the left corner. Bus stop to the airport is 5 mins walk. I used earplugs so noise from the street did not disturb me. Good wi-fi.
Great location, very helpful staff, lovely terrace...would definitely return to this lovely hotel
