The location of the Hotel is excellent directly adjacent to the tram stop directly into the city which takes 5 minutes. The staff did not seem very happy and were not welcoming. There was no acknowledgement of residents or any interest in them. The breakfast was not very interesing for €12 per person. |

The description on the location is not correct. The hotel is not in the heart of the Euralille and it is better to take the tram than to walk. People should also be made aware that there are two Avenue de la République in Lille, quite far away from each other. Not all GPS systems know that and send you to the wrong place (even though the correct address in La Madeleine is typed in). |

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The accessability to the city via the tram is excellent. |

The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and large, with the widest bed I had ever slept in, and it's located a short walk from the centre of town, with a tram stop outseide. The breakfast, which we didn't eat, was 12 Euros per person. |

I was surprised that the street view room was so quiet. Even with a tram passing in front of it. Very small and tricky entrance to the parking. Air conditioning can't be regulated in the room. You have to ask at the reception. |

Good service, polite staff. Lights are always off in hallways when you step off elevator. Gould be a safety hazzard. |

It is very well connected as the tram station is just outside the hotel. The west facing rooms are very hot in summer. The sun shines into the room till 10 pm,inspite of the blinds. |

Near to station (walking distance) but away from hustle and bustle of city centre. Quite stylish, comfy, cosy, clean and good value. Would return on a future trip. |

Reasonable location 1. Bar availble but unattended - had to wait for staff to come and serve. 2. Hotel Car park - Almost impossible/VERY bad to enter if any vehicles parked opposite entrance in lay-by. |

Clean, spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not in Lille itself but in a small village next to Lille. Although the centre of Lille is on walking distance, it felt not very comfortable walking through dark and emty streets at night where you also had to cross a freeway. It´s better to take the tram! |
