Comfort Hotel Mandarina Grasse  

Location and the view from the hotel was great

Car parking is very tight. The attitude of the front desk staff is horrible and they need to brush up on their customer relation skills. They act like they are doing you a favor just because they are speaking with you. The only difference was their night manager, Muhammad who was from Comfort Inn Eperney. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was in order.

The room was small but clean and adequate and the view from the balcony was superb. If the room price rwemained the same, would stay there again if I was visiting Grasse.

The staff were courteous but, apart from continental breakfast and coffee in the room, there was no catering at the hotel.

Convenient for our needs as a weekend break at a special rate

Parking could be difficult. The walk back from town up the stairways would be tiresome if staying for a longer holiday. Definately not a hotel for invalids or handicapped people. The restaurant didn't display a menu or give a price and isn't open on Sundays.

Staff friendly , room was a bit samll but nice with very good view to cannes bay. The didnt charge the cost of the parking for 1 day.

Wifi didnt work because of bad weather of days before. 10-15 minutes from city centre walking( the way it is quite tough).

The breakfast was quite okay and the staff speaking English was very nice and gentle.

We have to pay by credit card to make local phone calls and we had to drag our luggage up though narrow passage to our room.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The views from our room were lovely. Our stay was very relaxing. Everywhere was bright and cheerful.You had the choice of a very good breakfast. We chose not to have a car; the hotel was near to the centre of Grasse and the bus station as long as you had no problems with mobility. The bus services are very good and economical. We would happily go back to the same hotel.

Zimmer sind äußerst hellhörig. Zimmer sehr klein, ohne Tisch und Stuhl. Zufahrt zum Parkplatz sehr eng.

Cet établissement est vieillissant. Il faudrait y faire des réparations absolument nécessaires. En outre, je trouve la salle de bains un peu austère. Il est dommage qu'on ne puisse pas regarder la télévision lorsqu'il y a du vent ou qu'il pleut...... Le service informatique de l'hôtel était également en panne......

La vue est splendide, le bâtiment est original, a priori c'est une réhabilitation de chapelle.

Accueil un peu froid, parking trop cher et accessibilité difficile.

Chambre un peu petite mais beau point de vue sur Grasse et la cote. Excellent petit déjeuner et service discret et efficace

Parcheggio leggermente scomodo per macchine grandi. La stanza assegnata nel sotterraneo era il minimo sindacale, ma fosse stata estate avrei sofferto tremendamente il caldo

- Déception de ne pas trouver le restaurant proposé sur internet et sur le prospectus écrit - chambre trop chauffée, même une fois le radiateur éteint, même en période hivernale.... - accessibilité difficile pour personnes avec handicap moteur ( escalier pour accéder à l'hôtel sans plan incliné)
