The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, comfortable with separate dining rooms for breakfast and dinner, with a guest lounge where you can sit to have an after dinner drink comfortably. The staff very professional, yet friendly, and helpful. The food was excellent. We booked a double room, however the beds were two singles pushed together, although still comfortable.

St. Florent only has 2 stars but from my perspective should have more than that. The rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant is excellent with a great choice of food and wine for a very good price/performance ratio, and the breakfast was the best we had during our hiking trip through the Elsass. We for sure will return to this nice place.

Schitterende ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke uitbater. Mooi gelegen, midden in de Vogezen (natuur). Grote verzorgde kamers. Restaurant is perfect! Kortom, zeer goed hotel. Wij gaan zeker terug. 10/10 is meer dan verdiend. Geen negatieve opmerking mogelijk.

Wir haben Straßburg besucht und konnten anschließend fernab vom Trubel in diesem Hotel verweilen. Das Abendessen war in sehr gemütlicher Atmosphäre und das ganze Hotel hatte eine liebevolle Ausschmückung. Es ist zügig über die Schnellstraße von Straßburg aus zu erreichen, liegt selbst aber völlig ruhig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder dorthin zurück. Ich hätte gerne etwas mehr Abstellfläche im Bad gehabt und auch im Kleiderschrank nicht nur eine Stange für die Bügel, sondern auch ein Fach für die Wäsche.

La gentillesse et l'efficacité des patrons pour satisfaire le client. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnellement les plats étaient trop copieux. Pas assez de plats "légers" à la carte.

Le couple, propriétaire de l'hôtel, est très sympathique et efficace. Les chambres sont agréables, modernes et équipées d'une grande salle de bains Nous avons diné dans le restaurant de l'hotel: la cuisine est gastronomique et familiale . La carte des vins met en valeur les producteurs locaux à un tarif raisonnable.

Mycket bra familjeägt hotel med trevlig personal som gör allt för att du ska trivas. Maten är fantastisk och vinerna som rekommenderas är riktigt bra. Detta hotel kan vi rekommendera alla.

Trés bon accueil (le gérant a pris le temps de nous indiquer les lieux à visiter, les balades à faire ...), propreté de l'hôtel exemplaire, petit déjeuner gastronomique .... que du bon à dire sur cet hôtel alors que le prix de la chambre est trés raisonnable ... et le tout dans un charmant village trés fleuri ...

Vriendelijke eigenaars, propere kamers,verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het restaurant was gesloten toen we er logeerden maar de eigenaars hadden ons per mail hiervan op de hoogte gebracht dus heel klantgericht.
