Hotel Studios Phenicio Porte de Versailles

The hotel is in a great location - very easy to get to everywhere in Paris from here - and was well priced for the area and standard of the hotel. My room was ok ,, bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very close to the metro station, very close to the business area if you are coming for business purpose, 10 min by metro to champs Elyzée street and 5 mn to montparnasse tour, staff are friendly and hotel is clean

the price is much too high for the quality of the accommodation; a mattress on a wooden board, an old decrepit building, a strong smell of cold tobacco in the room and a general shabby look

The room was clean and adequately comfortable if basic. There were facilities for cooking, and even a washing machine, if needed. More student level. Convenient for the Métro and the Porte de Versailles exhibition ground

It is a long way up to the fourth floor. The studio is a bit isolated from the hotel reception if there are any problems

The only thing I liked about this place was that it was a room that was available on short notice. I booked it from Marseille and it was my last night in Europe after a 6 week vacation in Europe. There were not many rooms available in Paris at this time in my price range (around 100 euros), so it was a reluctant booking.

- Dirty and musty...housekeeping minimally and carelessly done if at all. Slept on top of blankets with clothes on to minimize my exposure to the extremely questionable hygiene of the bed and bedding - no telephone - flaking paint on walls and ceilings - had to walk through dark unlit corridor with filled garbage cans (located directly beside my room) from adjacent bakery to access my lodging - had to walk 4 dimly lit blocks to get to room after registering at rundown main desk....they gave me a map to find my room. - flushing the toilet began a symphony of loud, disturbing, harsh noises that lasted a minute or more until the process was completed - from the moment I entered the room until I left I had an extremely uncomfortable feeling of lack of security and discomfort due to the overall state of isolation, shabbiness and uncleanliness. I could continue, but I think I've made my point. This room would make a 20 euro a night hostel look like a four star hotel. It was the absolute worst place during my entire stay in Europe, but certainly not the least expensive.

We chose this hotel only because they provide studios - so we could cook by ourselves instead of going out for dinner every day (knowing that in Paris it is relatively expansive in comparison to other cities). The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. To my surprise everybody spoke English very well!!!

We stayed in the apartment on Rue Barbés 2 (apartment 15). The apartment was pretty shabby, extremely small what you don't see on the pictures. Also there was very unpleasant smell in the room so we had to keep windows open all the time. It was pretty loud and beds were uncomfortable so we didn't get enough sleep.

I travel a lot and use hotels in Paris and other european cities. This place is awful and surely not worth 100 euros a night.

We had two rooms in one studio. If you take the better equipment of each of them it is not so bad.

Rooms need some reconstruction. There were no bed clothes for the extra beds although we had paid for them. Utensils rather uncomplete. Bad smell in the bathroom.

The hotel was very economic and offered possibilities to cook etc., e.g. a very good option if you are on a low budget but still want to be close to the center of Paris.

The reception opening ours are 8 am to 21 am and parts of the hotel are actually rooms distributed among nearby residency buildings. No problem while you are there and don't need any hotel assistance but arkward if your check-in or check-out time is outside the office hours. We actually met a guest who came after 21 pm and had to wait outside the hotel until 8 am the next morning to check in.

we ordered superior studio-and received the same room as it was ordered as simple 6 month before. The washing machine was not working as 6 month ago and the staff do not change room. we have ordered for three persons- there was only two towels.....so. complains.

Hotel staff is arrogant. Accommodation showing on there website looks great but once you arrived they give you a different place to stay.just have to stay for the sake of staying because we are running out of time to attend a business event. Dirty.my husband had to sweep the floor under the bed and stairs because it is so dusty. Toilet is minging. Kitchen the same. Beddings are poorly clean. Ask for non-smoking place they give you a smoking place. Wont recommend it to anybody.

Its location to the metro and other shops and eateries, its not as busy as the central city. the room has all the features you would need including a microwave, t.v, a single bed and a double bed, and even a washing machine... (although after experiencing the general maintenence wasnt inclined to use this) to be fair the room was all we needed and if you are on a budget break it passes

after arriving tired the first day and needing to get to our room which we assumed was in the reception building to be drawn maps of where to go and not shown in person was a bit much, the upkeep of the room was a bit shabby as the curtain rail fell on me the first time i opened it

La situation

La salle de bain minable, les mauvaises odeurs des sanitaires le bruit du broyeur sans parler de la propreté du linge de maison qui date d'au moins 10 ans et la qualité du sommier remplacé par une planche. Bref à ne pas recommander.

Chambre située à une autre adresse bien que pas très loin pas pratique pour transporter les bagages de plus chambre située au 4 éme étage sans ascenseur malgré avoir téléphoné après ma réservation on m a confirmé que quelqu un pouvait m aider à monter mes bagages , sur place aucune aide possible......Ayant des problèmes de santé vous comprenez ma déception je n aurai pas réservé cette chambre sachant qu aucune aide était possible! Donc très insatisfaite!!!!

La situation geographique a la porte de versaille

La rouille dans la douche les milles pattes dans le wc les ressorts qui ressortent du matelas les rideaux poussiereux la grasse en général.
